The staff were very good and very helpful, great for rental of bikes and booking travel with them. The place was very chilled, nice pool area and beach view at the back of the hotel. The balcony area in the room was nice with comfy chairs.

Our room felt quite dark because the bed was near the door side of the room with no natural light coming through.

Nice location. Clean and comfortable rooms (little too firm beds). Very service minded personal.

Malheureusement, indépendamment de l’hôtel , mais une invasion de méduses sur longbeach …. 1ere fois que j’en vois autant en Thaïlande a cette période de l’année.

The resort itself is very nice. We absolutely loved the massage at their spa and we can really recommend this to anyone staying here. The beds in the room are also nice.

The rooms are outdated and absolutely not sound proof. We could hear the neighbors yelling at their kids at night and it was very annoying at times. Given the photos we saw before we expected more from the room itself.

Not always enough sun beds near the beach area and people are allowed to reserve them and go for hours. Staff don’t come around much to take order at your sunbed and lunch plates didn’t get taken away until evening.

Plastikstuhl im Zimmer Reste toter Moskitos an den Wänden Frühstück recht teuer, sind meist in der Umgebung in Cafés für weniger Geld sehr gut frühstücken gegangen. Housekeeping lässt Türen bei Reinigung dauerhaft auf, so gelangen leider viele Moskitos in die Zimmer. Haben unser Zimmer daher nicht reinigen lassen und Handtücher und Müll zum Wechseln vor die Tür gestellt.

We had a lovely stay at Lanta Sand Resort. We were able to make great use of the pools and beach. They upgraded us to a villa with a plunge pool which was a lovely surprise. We also used the spa and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Property was located right on the beach. Room was nice and spacious and the outdoor plunge pool was a lovely bonus to have. The restaurant served nice food. I cannot praise the staff enough as they went above and beyond to cater for all our needs during our stay and after when we had left something behind.

Property was a bit far from local restaurants and bars therefore we needed a bike or taxi to get us to and from.

We walked out as soon as we checked in as the villa is old , smells like mold & had cockroaches The manager never got back to us even after sending emails & checking out

• The water pressure is hit or miss • Above our toilet there was a grate in the roof that you could see into the roof through • Food was pretty average given the price • Aircon also was a bit weak at times but I’m fairly sure that’s my fault so not faulting the resort there

All the facility in a excellent condition. Clean. Peaceful place. Access to beach. They provide island tour & car rental. They have more than 1 pool & big pool. My room have a pool at balcony. They have alot of choice of pool can access through our own door.

Nothing. I would suggest to have a muslim food prepared in hotel so we also can enjoy the moment at the beautiful restaurant.

We loved the beach and having lounges every time we went to enjoy the beach view. Grateful to have the smaller pools there so we could take a dip. Didn't have breakfast.

Grateful to have Fitness Center, but it could use some improvements. Machines didn't always work; AC was sometimes a problem. No yoga/excercise mats on floor. but still, nice to have a place to work out!

The wooden ledge surrounding the bed made it interesting getting in and out of bed. Hot water a bit temperamental sometimes.

The hotel has been upgraded in recent years and provides Clean and spacious bungalows and rooms. Bugalows have a great,hot outdoor shower and plunge pool.Accomodation is cleaned with fresh linen and towels. We had Tuk a very pleasant woman clean ours. All staff were smiling and helpful.Merry in reception does a fantastic job welcoming people to the hotel. A good breakfast with varied choices. A very pleasant stay to thank you

The lcoation of the hotel is the biggest adventage, given that it is just a 1 minute walk or less from the hotel rooms to the beach front.

The toilet was smelly and very hot throughout the whole stay. The stewer stank and there were aunts everywhere in the bathroom.

Room Service, Breakfast, Beach, Reception, Friendlyness, Cat on reception!!! We liked each other very much, a lot of good restaurants on the beach.

AC was far too loud but hotel resolved the problem by puting a Ventilator in the room which was sufficient.

The hotel was great, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a lot of choice. The beach was beautiful. There were ample of restaurants nearby right on the beach so we were never stuck for choice. Before we arrived we noticed some recent reviews about the pools but when we were there they were clean and not green. Great place, great staff and great views :)
