Receptionist very friendly and helpful
Location isn't great and I only went there because I couldn't find anything close to the Autoroute. Room was acceptable but not nice, a bit shabby really.

The young man on reception was very polite & very helpful.
This hotel is shoddy, it hasn't been cleaned or maintained in years. We didn't say anything to the staff as it was not their fault or responsibility.
The room smelt if sweat although the bedding was clean. The name Ibis STYLE is totally inappropriate. It's a down at heel building in a down at heel town. There was no resemblence to the photos and I would go as far as saying the photographs were misleading. We asked for a kettle to make tea in our room but we had to boil a kettle which was kept in reception, in reception & carry the hot water in paper cups up to our room.
I will try very hard to never have to stay in an Ibis hotel again.

This is hotel is nicely situated for the main areas of St. Dizier
comfortable rooms, excellent friendly staff
unfortunately the Air-conditioning was not working & it was 27 degrees in the room but after a conversation with staff we were moved to a balcony room which had better air circulation
this will be fixed by the first week in June 23 they Promise

David greeted us, he was fabulous, extremely polite and helpful, could do enough for us, an asset to this hotel, Good sized secure garage underneath, good selection at breakfast, Great location for local restaurants,

Good size bed, ensuit and TV. Air conditioning. Breakfast reasonable. Tea and coffee available for free in reception plus water fountain. Good bike storage. Near shops and restaurants.
Noisy area due to cars, motor bikes and people playing music in cars with windows open in car park opposite late in to the night.

Great air-conditioning. Comfortable beds and good sized room and good shower. Nice staff. Good breakfast and lovely freshly squeeze orange juice. Close to the centre.
Could have been cleaner especially the corridor carpet. Minor maintenance not being done e.g. peeling wall paper and hole in the flooring of the lift. Whole place looks tired and a bit shabby overall.

Evening dinner excellent and great value same for the breakfast. Staff most helpful and friendly. The young lady who checked us in derserves a mention for her help and kindness.

handy place in the centre of town. good comfortable standard. plenty of variety for breakfast. good parking. However there are few restaurants in the centre but we found Wok 52 Asiatique at 20 Avenue Beregovoy which is open to late and was excellent.
