朝食が品数も多く美味しかった 繁華街の近くで飲食に便利なロケーション

部屋の内装が陳腐な感じて清潔感に少々欠ける。特にToilet 廻りは四つ星ホテルとしてはマイナス評価。toiletが旧式で 水の流れが滞り使用後のレバーが古臭く、水量も必要以上に多く流れ無駄の感は否めない。前回宿泊したホテル京阪仙台は開業が浅いこともあるが部屋も清潔で且つトイレ廻りは所謂家庭で使用するウオシュレット様式で快適であった。三井ガーデンホテルは①部屋の模様替え、②トイレを最新のウオシュレット様式に変更した方が良いと思います。

Bathroom is spacious and clean.

Convenient location next to a major shopping area and a subway station. The public bath is a welcome amenity, especially because in-room bath is tiny. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was one staff fluent in English — much appreciated. Beds are comfortable.

Rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Smelled a bit like cigarettes although we booked nonsmoking rooms.

The location close to the city center is amazing! The place is also very clean and modern and the bathroom was surprisingly big (for Japanese bath rooms).

Location of hotel to shops, restaurants, train and bus stations. Access to the city loop bus also.

1. The hotel is close to a subway station, but not really so for the JR station/ Shinkansen. Walking to the JR station takes around 25 minutes.

Location and facilities were good. Parking was super easy and reasonably priced (1200Y/day). The restaurant, Barolo, was amazing!

Lack of flexibility on check in time. We arrived just 30min earlier than the check-in time. We were asked to pay extra if we want to check in immediately, so we didn’t take this option. Though they are kind to help us keep our luggages at the concierge.

Very good hotel, highly recommendable.

Everthing is perfecft! Although the Staff cannnot speak fluent English, they still would love to help. The Lift to the Room Floor is Hotel Guest only and smart. Just need to scanne the room card then the room floor buttom light would come on. Room is clean and tidy. Public Bath is really enjoyable.

it is a pity that there is not many Variety of breakfast.

As a business traveller, the location is really convenient. Check in, check out, no hassles. I'm a repeater.

time to get rid of masks and gloves at the breakfast buffet.

The best feature of this hotel is its staff. They were considerate enough to give us a higher floor with a nice view for my son to enjoy. They were also kind enough to disregard our missed night due to consecutive flight cancellations. Finally, they both received and took excellent care of my delivered packages. As for the room, it was great. The view was the most memorable part and the bathroom (especially the tub) was bigger than the other hotel unit baths we've been to. Finally, with regard to location, it is beside a McDonalds and across a big 7&i so getting supplies won't be a problem.

Nothing bad or substandard to report.

The location is central and convenient to walk anywhere around the main areas of the city. Breakfast is both Japanese and western. But Japanese is way better than the Western.

I think it's already time to get rid of plastic gloves. Plastic is obviously environmentally grotesque, and not that effective since we touch the gloves first barehand anyway.

It would be extremely to have the possibility to discuss in a quiet place to work (table, electric outlet) without disturbing others.

The bath was great. Exceeded expectations.

The view was okay and the bedroom was small for the price. No real closet space.

lobby is on 7 th floor, difficult to find. far-away from Sendai walking street. room is smelly, stuffy and small. check in for foreigners are so painfully long

Typical business hotels no big space but comfortable

The stuff was a bit rude when I wear hotel slippers to enter the restaurant. It is normal to use hotel slippers near ski resorts because guests wear ski boots. The staff can be nicer and just give a reminder.
