The hotel staffs were excellent and professional. Hotel was very nice providing washer and dryer for convenience.

The smell in the bathroom and hall way was pretty bed. Towers were very old. In such a well respected hotel, they should have replaced new towels. A very bad feeling I had this trip was that many smokers sitting on the floor and smoking right in front of hotel main door. It created a very bad image.

Well I only book hotels for pools and breakfast. This one was available once I selected the pool filter. However the pool is closed October to May....I was there April 28th it was 33 degrees and the pool was closed. No indication on booking that the pool was closed. Breakfast was passable but not worth it either. Please remove the pool as an option during months where it is closed to avoid tricking people like me into booking.

Closed pool, limited breakfast options...

The location and closeness to the MRT train station. The size of the room was very large, almost unnecessarily large. The toilet was nice with a bidet. The elevator was quick. The room was quiet - I didn't hear too much noise from other rooms.

There were several disappointing things I dealt with at this hotel. First, the pool was not available, it was drained. I think when looking back a the review it said that, but don't most people take the photos as better evidence about the description of what's available? If you're going to close facilities, then delete those photos of those facilities until they are back up and running. The sauna was not even on when I decided to use that instead of the pool - frustrating. The cold pluge pool was just room temperature, not cold. And there is a huge construction project happening on one side of the building...not the hotel's responsibility, but maybe find a way of informing people of things like this is my suggestion.

Buffet breakfast food was always cold or luke warm at best. Pool was closed and not in use - one of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use the pool

Location is very accesible, with parking and family friendly hotel.

During our stay the aircondition is kinda low. we woke up many times feeling hot.

Room is clean and staffs are very kind and efficient. When we asked for extra quilt, they brought it to us very quickly.

Good property

Close to the harbour and river, great location if you like taking long walks and enjoying the good weather of Kaohsiung. Nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

We book for 2 rooms but the other one doesn't have an aircon. After we inform it on the front desk the maintenance personnel got to check it . And provide us a fan . The whole night that we stay there the a/c didn't work when the morning comes we call it again in the front desk and suggest us to switch to another room hours before we check out .

Fantastic view of the harbor from our room. Staff were obliging to requests and were friendly. Location is convenient as the hotel is close to the light rail station. The hotel is also steps away from Love River and the harbor.
