There was no hot water, windows were incredibly dirty, the flat smelled badly.

Perfect place in city centre of Wroclaw. Near apartments - lots of different restaurants and places to visit. Good transport possibility to walk and see something interesting.

Elevator, which we were using - was not very "OK". Closed only after minute or two. And way to apartments - was not quite OK. One time - we've missed our turn and we were looking way back to much. In general - place is OK.

It was out 3rd time in Silver apartments and we will definitely come back. Great location, parking and possibility to stay with pets. Overall, best value for money for apartments in the whole Wroclaw.

We chose the hotel because of the parking and location, which met our expectations. However, staying in a double room was awful. On the night of 17 Dec it was -14 degrees with wind. The windows of the apartment had to be changed, we felt the cold and wind coming in from every corner. The other group had an apartment and did not have this problem, but for us it was terrible

1 light in my room did not work, i can not turn it on. but everything was perfect.

The apartment was quite spacious with a pretty decent parking space at a logical price. The spot is exactly to the city center which is a big advantage.

The quality of the apartment is so cheap and it has many unnecessary extras, but missing a lot of basic items. Bed was very narrow without any headboard, which was very uncomfortable and the duvet was even narrower than the bed, so it was impossible for two people to get covered. Clearness was superficial and the noise of the room ventilation was so annoying that we couldn’t sleep all night, because there was no option to turn it off. Also the second day radiator next to the bed started making water noises all day long, which made sleeping process more difficult than the first day. All the corridors of the building was smelling extremely like cigarette, as a consequence till we reach out our apartment our clothes were smelling terrible and while we were getting in the apartment the smell was coming inside as well. That was a terrible experience for our 3 year old son. We spotted that at the ground floor there was a cigarette and cigar bar and maybe the smoke channeled somehow in the building. Really disgusting. There wasn’t any sound isolation as we were listening a very weird noise from elevator the entire night every since and while. Staying price was fair but it’s nothing alike the photos. For example we have booked another apartment through booking and we’ve got a total different one. Our apartment wasn’t shown at any booking photos at all. In the photos apartments seems luxurious but in reality they’re below basic. Last but not least, find out check in desk, parking and apartment was such a labyrinth, if you’ll experience that, you will totally understand what I mean.

good location, comfortable and clean room, it was easy to get the key from the reception and drop them to the outbox when checking out.

Wi-Fi was not working in the room, even though it was supposed to. I sent a message to the manager, asking to solve the issue, but they never wrote me back. The windows are facing a big street, so it's pretty noisy.

No toaster, no microwave, no grill, no oven. Bed linen not the cleanest. Tv kept pixilating. Used silver apartments before and previously had good standard but this time we had to clean toilet and room before we were in.

The room was OK, the location is perfect, 3 minutes to Rynek

The apartment and the key collection points were at completely different locations. It was a hard quest to complete after a long ride to Wroclaw :)

How sleek and crisp the apartment was, the location was amazing too!

Clean apartment. Well positioned. Staff friendly.

No bedside tables, so uncomfortable. No dishcloth, no washing capsules, had to buy the whole packet. Little soap liquid.

The bed has seen better days. Matress was a bit old. Not enough bedding. One, small little THIN duvet and one small cushion per person.

Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city. Apartment was clean, it was equipped with everything what guests need.

Bed was very big for 2 people, but duvet was to narrow, we had to use 2 separate duvets.

I have been at apartment 11, it is very nice, with modern bathroom, and there are washing machine and dish washes. Staff is very friendly and nice.

I would preferred 1small towels more and one dish towel in the kitchen

Very spacious, clean, comfortable, in a new building, modern, with garage, and most importantly AIR CONDITIONING!

They should send some kind of reminder with directions a day or two before arrival. I tried to contact the rental company Silver Apartments the day before we arrived and was unsuccessful. I freaked out on the arrival day because I wasn’t even sure they really existed. But everything turn out perfect. Though there was a lot of stress.

Very good location. Spaciuos and very clean. A few steps from Market square. Underground parking.

We had no inough time for this city.

We collected the keys from an office on the first floor of the apartments,the security on the front did not speak much English and did not know where the Silver Apartment office was, until we pointed to a sign on the door. Our room was well appointed with A/C and a washing machine. Parking is under the apartment block with spaces allocated to you. We had paid in advance but the parking had to be paid on arrival. There was some confusion when checking in,we were asked to pay again. Luckily we had printed our invoice off and could prove we had paid in advance. All went well in the end.

Out rooms air conditioning kept making a noise every 55 seconds, even if you switched it off. If you kept the bathroom door closed it was not as bad.

They could have had better pillows and a cleaner mattress as it wasn’t very clean … fridge wasn’t working properly frozen everything in fridge as freezer door was falling off
