Reservamos el hotel con estacionamiento. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba completo y que buscarámos en la calle. Había un único empleado atendiendo, un domingo de Pascua a la tarde y tuvimos que esperar casi media hora para ser atendidos, después de viajar un día entero. Le dijimos que reservamos una habitación viendo que el hotel tenía estacionamiento. De mala manera explicó que una cosa es tener estacionamiento y otra tener disponibilidad!!!. Si queremos quejarnos a Booking, no hay problema!!! Muy mala su atención!!!

Great stay in Punta Arenas. The staff was helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the food was amazing!

Rooms were very small. Infact it is not the same part of hotel shown in the photo. They have created a separate lateral hotel connected from the main building. It has separate reception as well which from from 9:00 to 21:00. I came to know only when I visited. Check in checkout is a mess. I was waiting from 9:00 am in morning. I requested politely that if they can give the room early which receptionist agreed. People came after me got the rooms but not me and finally when I asked at 14:30, Receptionist was changed and new person said it is not yet available. Similar thing during checkout. Total mess.

Lovely hotel with a great location. There is Helpful staff, a great breakfast, and a restaurant for dining. We stayed twice here, and we definitely could choose again.

The only disappointment is paying $20.000 CLP for half an hour to use the sauna.

Comfortable Bed, Pillow, General design was nice, Everything was clean, The hotel felt in general brand new. Personnel was very friendly. Well heated. It is nicer than in the pictures.

Check-in is at 3 PM, incredible late compared with other touristic destinations, Checkout is 11 am. No offers of early checkin or late check out. Room had a coffee machine but only the first night includes coffee cups, the next nights you have to buy. No tea as well, just the empty coffee maker.

Clean and beautiful. Amazing, attentive staff. Food was delicious and the room was beautifully cleaned.

It's too bad that I was not able to enjoy it overnight due to airfare changes... Nice, clean, great customer service, and great coffee in the room!

Some cleaning staff didn't finish cleaning our room, left cleaning products. No towels and others essential things.

Breakfast was good. The hotel did its job as an overnighter but was not in same league as other 4 star hotels in same area.

Room was incredibly dark and the window looked out almost directly into someone else’s room. Most expensive hotel of my whole trip and the poorest value for money.

Leaving the hotel when we checked out was the highlight of our stay! We did not look back! German, the bellman was terrific. He was the only person that seemed to care. He helped us find a laundry service. The receptionists were not helpful at all and they were annoyed by the guests! There were many guests complaining! We had a problem with our bill and it was ignored.

Bad energy. There was a line of guests waiting to complain. The receptionists were not honest. We were over-charged and our issues were ignored! They passed out Internet passwords and did NOT tell the guests that the Internet was down. The breakfast buffet was weak. We did not feel cared for! We felt the place was a scam, ripoff!
