I had a great stay. The breakfast was amazing, the views were spectacular and the staff was very friendly. In terms of location it was very well located in the cave city.

I dont think there was anything that I did not like about the Cave Hotel.

The entire experience was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful they arranged the tours and the flight balloon for us and they were very very nice with everything. Also the cave room was amazing and they have the perfect bathroom and shower. It was a very nice stay and we felt like home.

Great location with good morning Cappadocia balloon flight view from terrace (its very rarely can be found in Urgup). Authentic rooms and common spaces design. Good Turkish breakfast and tasty coffee.

Shower in the bathroom was broken, water flowed from the hose. Need to be fixed. Very little window. Little bit far from Urgup city center.

Great value for money. Excellent breakfast and nice view, although a bit further than expected from the hot air balloons. The room was tidy and very nice, and the staff was welcoming and accomodating

I booked this room for my friends who were very pleased with it. Also, I had to get a room for few hours the day we were leaving and found it comfortable & clean!

Door lock had an issue.....my friend had to call staff to open the door.

The room was very good and very spacious. The interior was completely like a cave with modern amenities. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The breakfast is good and served on terrace. Staff very polite and friendly. It is 10mins walk from the city centre

The room didn't have any mirror or dustbin.

A little difficult to find but once we were greeted by host it was a fabulous stay. Unique rooms.

It was an amazing experience. If you are looking for something different then lavish and luxury this place is a must go. Language is a barrier in Turkey but people are very patient and friendly. The staff was very welcoming and very understanding. They will accomodate ypu as much as they can.

Bathroom not well ventilated. Made it so difficult to use .. If that was fixed there would be no issues at all.

Great location and atmosphere. Very well designed hotel, with a lot of details. Fantastic view. Abundant, varied breakfast, nicely served. And most important of all, very friendly staff.

Nothing significant.

The location was really good and the staff was cooperative .

The essentials in the room were lacking such as bathroom enmities which included dental kits which were absent . Every time you had to order something , one had to go to the reception rather than placing an order or sharing the query through an intercom in the room. With this much budget for a cave suite one should expect a lot of convenience at step. However the staff was cooperative and helped us a lot with the tourism and exploring the place .

I really liked the staff of the hotel who helped us book our tours to see Cappadocia. I loved the view of the hotel, since it's built quite high the view from the hotel was spectacular. I also loved the room, as it was carved out and it looked more like a proper cave room and it was an amazing experience

Great family-run business. Rooms are built into the rock and how to tell is by the consistency of temperature in the room compared to outside. They did a great job with the design which really gave a certain atmosphere and authenticity. The breakfast is amazing and the view which joins you is even more incredible. If you wake up early enough, you can catch the balloons floating in the sky. Pictures don't do the view justice. For service they deserve 11/10. I came with a big family and they catered for everyone, providing assistance everywhere it was needed. On our last day, they offered sandwiches for the journey which was a great gesture. For the money you pay, I don't think you'd find anywhere better in the region.

Only major negative was that I missed the balloon due to bad weather. An insignificant minor is that the parking can become limited on the busier days. Not much of a view/natural light from the room, however it adds to the atmosphere that you're in one of the Cappadocia stone houses.
