A well maintained property.

Staff is really nice and helpful and the hotel Is just a few blocks walking from the Metropolitan cathedral and city center. No food or drinks are served though there's a comedor just next door, serving breakfast too. It's a simple and nice structure.

Room walls would need some fresh paint.

Conveniently situated near to many bus stops, this hotel is easy to reach the historical centre and many other sights. The staff are very friendly and check in was fast and easy. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. My room was well appointed and comfortable with a good bathroom.. I have stayed here several times and would stay again.

It could get a bit noisy early in the morning. Earplugs might be a good idea.

Nice clean hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Good location, didn't feel unsafe, but wouldnt go out at night.

Our room was very hot, and the only way to cool down was to open the window that opened up into the lobby so was loud when people are coming in and out of hotel.

- THE BEDSHEET HAD BLOOD!!!!! And weird stains. I used another bedsheet to cover them :( - The toilet paper dispenser broke and literally dislodged from the wall. No hot water only cold. - The tile floors were CRACKED - EXTREMELY DANGEROUS; I stepped and tripped on it multiple times. I'm fortunate I at least didn't cut my feet. (This was in Room #5). - There was a boiling water station, I asked for it and I'm pretty sure I was given tap water because I heard it running and I was sick for the next 2 days. - The street behind was extremely noisy - I was in a meeting and it was a horrible idea. I would wake up at 5:30am because of the noise. - Dangerous area according to literally everyone. If I had known the true condition of this place (apart from the good reviews), I would have never booked it.

Quiet place, not far to the city center, friendly staff, feels safe.

No hot water in the shower. the hotel does not have any hot water in shower.

The only bad thing is that in the morning was very hot since we were on the third floor and the fan was not enough.

The location . close to a large out door market and a few restaurants

Not as described on the wab . Ther's . no AC. Included unless you pay an extra, no microwave , no refrigerator . and no a chance of a breakfast. Included other than that. If you are looking for place to sleep you will be just fine .. 😁

Great hotel - the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the wifi was great. The location was wonderful - near the historic center, Metrocentro, etc. I would highly recommend - this is a great hotel and an incredible value.
