Location was great It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Off street parking was a plus. Easy check in.

No coffee or coffee making facilities in room at all. No hair conditioner or body lotion in bathroom. These are pretty standard in most places but totally absent at this property. My toilet did not flush properly and was not dealt with and no one came back to me to acknowledge this issue. Communication was not easy. There was building next door which I was not informed about and the internet and wifi was tricky. There was an outdoor spa pool in photos and this has been removed.

It was clean and would have been comfortable were it not for the extremely loud construction site next door.

Staying at Azur was a horrible experience. We weren’t notified of the ongoing construction site next door and when we asked to check out early hotel management were incredibly difficult to deal with. They are living in Bali and were non responsive until we asked booking.com for support. They refused to let us check out early and lied saying there was no way to put info about the ongoing construction on their booking.com ad or their own site.

Could be cleaner. Tea bags and sugar was spilled over the tray and hadn’t been cleaned from previous use.

We checked out after the first night and only stayed that long because we arrived at 10pm. The property does not look like the photos advertised and is hugely overpriced for what it is. The villa was run down and not even close to ‘luxurious’ - curtains hanging off the rails, water damaged doors and all of the walls and windows were scuffed and dirty. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the upstairs apartments every word until they stopped partying at 2am. The villas have no privacy if the curtains are open as anyone can see straight into the room/bedroom so you can’t have any natural light in there. There is a huge construction site next door looming over the pool and the villa we were given smelled mouldy and musty when we checked in. No one was there to check us in (or out) we were just sent a text msg with gate access codes. So far haven’t heard anything from the property after telling them we left at 9am the next morning. The good reviews here don’t seem to add up and I suspect they have been bought or are fake. Don’t waste your money on this place. You can get 5 star accom (we moved to Hotel Marvell which was incredible for near enough the same price)
