There is no parking, which is not mentioned anywhere. We had a rental car and parked it in the central parking lot for €5/day.

Facilities are a bit old

clean and tidy. Had to move rooms because of bad smell but once moved up to top floor everything was fine.

Everything is great. The supermarkets are close by. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The swimming pool is super with a nice bar, next to it. The town of Kassiopi is one of the most picturesque on Corfu.

Location is the biggest advantage of this place. Near to main Street, restaurants and Beach. But if you have a car, you need have also parking skills at a high level :) Apartment is very climatic and clean.

We get other apartment than we booked, with double bed which was made by connection 2 beds, so sleeping was uncomfortable. Quite tinny shower. Iron, which according to offer should be in apartment was in reception for rent ( for free as well).

The location whilst at almost the top of a steep hill, is pretty much the centre of Kassiopi. It's located by the Kalimera apartments who's pool and bar your able to us use if you purchase a drink and or something to eat. The apartment which is described as a superior studio is basically two pretty good sized bedrooms with a very small shower room with toilet and sink in and a small kitchenette with a small table and two dining chairs. The double bed room was of a good size with wardrobe, dressing table and two bedside tables. The mattresses though was extremely firm and very low. The second bedroom had two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table and a bedside table. These mattresses had a little bit more spring but also quite low. There is a good sized balcony running along both bedrooms which have dual access. There was a poor view of residential apartments, but this didn't concern us. It gives us somewhere to dry our clothes and have a snack or drink. Whilst the bathroom (shower) and kitchenette are very small we managed ok. I think the apartment standard is accurately reflected in comparable prices. Yes it could do with somethings fixing - like the bathroom door doesn't close all the way and plugs do fit very well etc, if everything was perfect then we wouldn't be able to afford it and things like bathroom fixtures and fitting seem to a common source of complaints. We don't spend much money on accommodation as it gives more of the budget to spend on the important things. Overall I would describe the apartments as very basic, the cleanliness is very good, amenities average, staff especially Tamara who is the lady who acts as the main point of contact is superb. It may not be a place to spend all day in but if your looking for something clean, basic and located quite centrally then this I think fits well.

The toilet seat was a bit loose, the plugs didn't fit and the walk up the hill at the end of a good night. The double bed mattress was a little to firm for us, but we managed and thought it wasn't worth complaining about.

The cleaners came in everyday & changed bed linen & towels every 2 days. Great location near the harbour & supermarket. Free air con. Tamara, the owner, was really welcoming. Great value for money.

The bed, it was too hard for me. They did try to make it more softer with a mattress topper but it didn't work. Also no tv 😢 as I like to watch the news in the morning. Could have more cooking utensils.

lovely basic studios, spotlessly clean in a great location

nothing. really pleasant. it was so cheap I was worried but shouldn’t have been. nothing to do with Sunflower but some local kids were using the pool, noisy splashing about really annoying. however didn’t interfere with our overall enjoyment

The location was perfect just off the main square area easy access to supermarkets restaurants shops etc . Two nice balconies for the option of sitting outside. Spotlessly clean . Tamara a very friendly kind hospitable host .

This has nothing to do with the accommodation it’s just an observation for anyone with walking difficulties or mobility issues there is quite a steep incline to reach the accommodation it didn’t bother us but for some it could prove tricky

Poor view from balcony, poor bathroom, shower etc, pictures on your website oversold the reality. Overpriced for standard of accommodation

I found parking free in front of building

I had a paid reservation, with one day to check in location was changed by a message on WhatsApp. The new site was ok but without the swimming pool.

Beautiful traditional Greek studio room I had, very clean and comfortable bed.

Only negative is a minor one and is wrestling with the shower curtain.

Tamara was very attentive nothing was too much trouble. She went above & beyond what we expected. Thankyou

Brilliant price for a two bedroom apartment in a great location. Very friendly owner. Aircon was powerful and quiet.

The only slight down side for me was an uncomfortable mattress (might just be me being sensitive as my partner slept fine).
