the room was great - lighting was not great as the room is to dark and you battle to see - more lights are needed in the room

Breakfast was the usual buffet selection with excellent service from the staff very attentive. New modern hotel central to many tourist attractions and shops. Housekeeping was good and efficient. Bottled water for the room every day was a bonus.

There seems to be a problem with the drains in the showers - an unpleasant odor.

Driving in SLP is no joke and it took some time to find. Parking is across the street in front of hotel. Telephone in room did not work, no hot water in shower, ice delivered from restaurant was 17 pesos.. nominal fee but most places ice is free.

The location was ideal. The restaurant served very good breakfasts. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient especially housekeeping, Miriam (at reception, who, in addition to calling taxis, etc. arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel) and Miguel (who solved a plumbing problem in my room).

Good buffet breakfast. Superb location, yet the room was very quiet. The restaurant is within 20 metres of the cathedral. Very nice room and very comfortable king-size (?) bed. Room can be controlled via one's Smartphone. Each room has its own router to enable the control. The room has Bose speakers. Bathroom OK, but not as nice as the room. It has an excellent illuminated shaving mirror, with one side magnifying, to see all my wrinkles, faults and flaws up close and brightly lit. :)

No knives provided at breakfast. One light was called a "courtesy light" and you are not able to turn it off. Although, you can turn down the brightness via a switch that says "Do not touch." No main light in the room - there was insufficient light.

expensive and on top of that we paid for the parking garage that should be a courtesy of the hotel , and the check out someone had to go and check the room for property damage and then let you go . I will never go back to this place

The property was located in the center of San Luis Potosí. car park was only 50 meters away.

No parking for free and the bathroom door was too tight.

Facilities where nice, location was good.

Parking was not included but the amenities said it was, had to pay an additional fee for parking.
