Vous pouvez connecter 3121 N Ocean Shore à votre GPS et trouver cette propriété assez facilement. Rappelez-vous qu’il s’agit du bâtiment situé à gauche, face à l’océan. Le bâtiment de droite n'est pas encore disponible à la location. Nous travaillons dur pour le mettre à jour et le mettre sur le marché afin que davantage de personnes, de grands groupes, puissent profiter de cette belle tranche de la Floride.

La ville de Flagler Beach dégage une ambiance décontractée et conviviale. La région est considérée comme un retour en arrière à la vieille Floride, pendant un temps beaucoup plus simple, loin des foules affolantes. Tous les voisins sont très gentils et accueillants. C'EST UNE VILLE RÉTRO avec un style salé.

Me and the GF took this trip as our first together after almost a year together. It doesn’t get better than this place, can’t get any more on the beach without being actually in the sand. We enjoyed every aspect, the two doors to the separate kitchen and bedroom is different but not a problem at all! AMAZING local cuisine as well. Wrote all our adventures in their little book, definitely recommend, very quiet and relaxing for a couple or small family!

This was our 2nd stay at the quarter deck and we loved it just as much as the first time! It's just the right size for the two of us and the best part is, its right on the beach. You can't get any closer and its quiet and relaxing not a lot of foot traffic like a public beach area. Flagler Beach has a bunch of really good restaurants, and just a short drive away from other fun and cool attractions can't wait to stay here again!

I actually stayed from December 4 through December 23, 2023. My stay was magnificent and I absolutely loved the place and the views! If you are looking for frills, this is not the place. If you are looking for solace, this IS the place!!! You will have a few steps to the ocean! You will be rocked to sleep by the ebb & flow of those magnificently powerful waves every night. I woke up after leaving missing that slice of heaven so much!!! I wish I had a place like that!!! Thank you so much for having it!!! Love and gratitude!!!! I cannot wait to visit again!!!!

This was our second stay here. Last year we came for one week and while we were still here we booked it again for this year for two weeks. My husband and I just love this beach house. We are going to come back again next year for another two weeks. We loved waking up every morning and going out to the picnic table to watch the sunrise. We saw dolphins, a manta ray, and even had a land crab come for a visit. We enjoyed all the local restaurants that are just a short drive down the road. Every evening we watched the sunset across the street. Just a perfect spot to rest and relax along the beach! Couldn’t ask for anything more, except a hammock!

Being ON the beach made all the eccentricities of the place acceptable. I didn’t really realize that there was only a plug in hot plate and no oven. Also, one photo shows a view of the beach. There is NO view of the beach from any door. Disappointed not to be able to open any windows to let in ocean breezes and sound. The mattresses could use replacing g and one bathroom door doesn’t shut. But? Like I said, it is ON the beach. I’d come again in a quick minute!

We had a great time staying at this little cottage. We had family come for the day to celebrate my husbands birthday. There was room for everyone to park and hang out. The beach is private, hardly any people, which was so nice. The cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Owners were very nice!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend family getaway. The location RIGHT ON the beach was to die for. It was so convenient with two young children to get to the beach without having to lug everything long distances or drive and find parking. My husband and I enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at night listening to the waves. We had the beach essentially to ourselves the entire time. The chairs and beach toys were also a great bonus. We did not have to use the umbrella, but there was one available. The location makes up for some of the quirkiness of the property.
Things that could have made the stay even better: A tv in the living room, since the two rooms are not connected. A washer and dryer. It would be difficult to stay for longer than we did without having to find a laundry mat.
Worth noting: The beach is extremely shelly. This makes it fun to pick up shells, but if you have sensitive feet you may want water shoes to get in the ocean. Also, there were biting bugs (sand gnats maybe?) When I used eucalyptus lemon bug spray on us and our chairs it kept them away pretty well. Staying in or closer to the water also helped.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would stay again and recommend to others.

This house was directly on the beach and was described perfectly in the description. The views were amazing and the house was clean. This is an older home that has the kitchen and bedrooms separated which was described before and was not a problem for us. It was easy to get between the 2 areas as the dorrs are adjacent to each other. We would stay here again.

Love this adorable little house, literally on the beach and just steps away to the ocean. We got the old beach town feel that we were looking for. Every morning we watch the sunrise, and every evening we went for walks. Felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves, because there was very little people where we were staying at. The house is adorable, the beds are comfortable, and through the heavy winds for the first two days we felt very safe in the house. Never rattled or shook or anything. Very sturdy home. Hope we get to stay there again

We were extremely satisfied with this property. Quiet, relaxing, on the beach property. The locals are friendly. We spent the entire stay on the property only going out for food, and more sunscreen and aloe! We saw dolphins, and manta rays while sitting on the deck. The nearby restaurants we visited were all good too. Would love to visit again next year.

This location is located in a residential area close to everything you might want to visit. Beautiful views and perfect place to relax. Beds were comfortable and cottage was well equipped We will definitely want to return

The house was exactly as described! Very unique property but was exactly what we needed! Each morning we sat on the beach enjoying our coffee and beautiful sunrises! The remainder of the day included long walks on the beach and reading. The property managers and owners were very helpful and responded to all questions and needs. We were able to watch the dolphins and one day we had a whale spend an hour out front in the beautiful ocean!

This place was small and my husband struggled with the lack of ability to cook easily. We left an electric flattop that we purchased for others to use. Many of the pots and pans available were not usable.
However the location was amazing. Absolutely gorgeous, relaxing and secluded. The town itself was adorable and we enjoyed it.

We had an amazing week staying in this little beach cottage right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning from our picnic table right outside our door. We will be returning next year for 2 weeks!

This is the second time we have stayed at Painters hill, If you can handle the quirky set up, (go outside to get to kitchen) it is a wonderful place. We normally ride our bikes into town for dinner, Yet Painters Hill is by itself in a very quiet beach front site

Girls trip
Usually every summer a friend of mine goes with me and takes my niece and one of her friends to the beach and this was the best trip we have ever had. Everything about it was easy. We loved the setup of the place and the seclusion. We have never had a better time at a better location. It reminded me of my childhood and vacationing in this area with my mom.

Not Impressed!!
The “bungalow” was not a pleasant stay at all. I and my family ended up leaving and renting another home.
The air conditioner started wetting the floor and not cooling. I sent a message and a maintenance man was sent out to look at it/them. He then had to contact the owner to come look at them.
My son ended up cleaning them out and emptied all the water out of them. The living area side continued to spit and struggle to keep the area cool. But without progress. The bedroom unit started failing then and it just completely blew hot air.
We continued to use the bungalow because it had parking, an outside shower and a beach access. We only went inside to use the restroom.
I was so disappointed. I read all the reviews about the tiny home before ever renting it and everyone seemed so satisfied. I would of been satisfied with it if only the “portable” air units had of worked and kept us all cool and the bathroom cool as well.
The bathrooms have no air either. It was at times 86 degrees in them. How can you shower or use the restroom in heat like that. One of the lights didn’t work in the bathroom. So you had to potty & shower in the dark.
This is a very cute little home with alot of potential. But it hasn’t been taken care of and the things in it (air, beds, etc…) were very cheap and didn’t work properly.
