Really liked the location. Staff were pleasant. The amenities were wonderful-especially the pool and gym.

The front desk receptionist was difficult to locate before check-in, and at check-out as well.

Front desk staff was rude and hard to work with. I specifically called in to request rooms by other families that were staying there. 3 of those families were put fairly close to each other. Ourselves and one other family were put on the other side of the hotel. At this point we had been waiting 3 hours to check in, so we accepted the rooms. However, the woman working the front desk switched our names on the check in. Our family was only staying two nights, while the other family was staying three(Friday-Monday). My husband and the other family went to the front desk to explain the situation and they assured them it would be taken care of. Sunday the other family received an email on her check out. They had to go back down and ask for a manager before it was corrected. We were also all charged different amounts for our stays. We booked through a 3rd party so I'm sure that I'd part of the reason, but other families who booked directly with the hotel still experienced this. One last note, if the hotel bistro isn't opened to serve food then it should be perfectly acceptable for guests to order food in AND eat it in the public spaces. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on the customer service we received. Do better when people are spending hundreds of dollars to stay st your location.

It's a Dog friendly hotel

Very noisy neighbors above were loud and disrespectful of sleeping hours. We could hear the toilets flushing as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel, the Bistro, and access to downtown. Nice modern room and comfortable.

Water pressure in the shower and lack of a shower door was pretty annoying but not a huge deal breaker. Just felt like I was showering in the cold the whole time. Also the Bistro dinner menu is super overpriced for the protein entrees. Also I could not find the pet fee posted on their website, only that they are pet friendly. That needs to be more transparent.

the cleanliness and the location

that we had to eat at the bistro. we drove 9 hours and wanted to order pizza and stay in our room. was told that we couldn’t do that. we are at the bistro, as we were exhausted and didn’t want to drive. the prices were to high for the food we got.

location was great and the room was very comfortable
