Next to the freeway

It was an old building that had been remodeled, but the remodel was done poorly and was not complete. Also the room was small compared to the other rooms we stayed at for a similar price along our journey.

When we got there we were booked on 5th floor and couldn’t get to rooms the elevator was not working we couldn’t walk up the stairs

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel had a spacious and clean room. Breakfast had a good variety and good coffee. Liked the view from the third floor. The room was very quiet. I would defiantly stay at another Holiday Express in the future.

Perfect for overnight stay. Feels very safe. Feels brand new: building and furniture. Gated (well lit) parking was the main reason we've chosen this facility. Right off the I-40 while driving from TX to Grand Canyon, AZ. Comfortable king size bed. Professional staff. Would absolutely stay again.

We were running very late and called to give up our room. I understand that we could be charged for the room even without being there, but the person said she'd do what she could to get us out of some or all of the charge. I guess that didn't happen. We're still very satisfied with the place from last fall and the spring before though we were in a room that faced the highway and sign which with the limited curtain made the room exceptionally bright all night.

Newer facility that still shows new. It is being maintained well. The Lady at the desk was very nice. Check in was simple and quick. Located close to shopping and a few restaurants.

It is advertised as an exceptional breakfast being I clises for the price however it wasn’t exceptional. It was good, but it was the same microwave heated frozen products. If going to advertise as a buffet, make it a true buffet.

Breakfast was unexpectedly good.

Breakfast was very good, nice location with a fence so we felt safe to go outside.

Next to highway,while next to I-40 is convenient,you could hear the trucks all night.

New, clean, check-in desk attendant was very nice. breakfast was very good!

concerned about security because of the fencing surrounding hotel. spoke with desk about it.

It was a gated hotel. The cleanliness.

Not enough time to enjoy anything

Locked down like fort Knox so parked outside gate, check in and security is hasseling with my car. Asked for a 5:30am wake up got it at 5am instead. Hard to sleep because couldn't just turn fan on for ambience. Didn't stay for breakfast. Won't be staying again
