The host was exceptionally nice and the communication over messages prior to arrival was clear with prompt replies which I appreciated.

The location was exceptional and the bus routes were very regular and useful as they didn’t cost any extra to the ski pass

The issue with the bins on the last day confused us as we’re not used to having to separate out bins so regimental but was good overall

We as a family loved staying in the apartment. It's very well located and the host has ensured that the minutest of the details are taken care off. Maria stays in that very house on the ground floor and was just a call away to handle any of our queries. She was very kind and the welcome gift of wine was a pleasant surprise. She also allowed us to checkout a bit late.We loved the location and we're especially in love with the balcony. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. It was raining during most of our stay but we loved the weather. Our son especially loved his bed room which was a cosy little bedroom overlooking a swimming pool. The bus stop of Alpbach Raika is just a two minute walk away and the alpbach summer card provides access to most of the bus public transport for free. Also includes in it are quite a few summer lifts, though when we visited the mountain lift in Reith was the only one which was functional. For anyone who is looking out for a peaceful and relaxed holiday, I would strongly recommend Apartment Alpina. Would love to come back again. Thanks :)

Excellent location, very easy access, splendid view of the valley from the balcony, very clean and well maintained property, very nice and friendly host.

Wow this apartment was perfect. Full of charm, beautiful scent filled the property and very warm and inviting. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and came equipped with everything I needed. The bed was lovely and comfy and you could see the stars through the skylight, although the electrical blind was a nice touch! Bathroom was large with a bath, overhead shower and a separate shower! As well as a bday and heated flooring. Not forgetting the host, Maria who was lovely and gave me such a warm welcome. She was happy to provide lots of information. Finally, the apartment is just behind the main street, only a few minutes walk from the ski bus stop. Perfection.
