The location was very beutiful and the room was confortable, clean and big.

The room was so beautiful and super cozy. The mini fridge was full of free food when I arrived (sándwich, water, chocolates) and the bed was super confortable. The view from the bungalows is just insane. The owner Leonardo is super friendly and always willing to help you with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place!

A little hard to find but found country lane route easier and quieter.

Exceptional place and great food at the restaurant

Room was excellent, and the restaurant superb. All staff were extremely helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

I wished I planed a longer stay.

The facilities are in general great. . However I was expecting more from the room. The beds were not so confottable and the walls were not so clean.

The property is well laid out with super facilities. We stayed in the duplex apartment and I loved the furnishings and layout. It was huge! The swimming pool and sun deck were great, and the hosts very welcoming of our family which included two dogs. We are in the restaurant and the food was incredible…an gastronomic journey into paradise! We will be back!!!!!

A clean and aesthetically beautiful room in a wonderful agricultural development - highly recommend for those that seek for peaceful holidays by the nature. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is superb.

The location is difficult to find (unless you call the host that helps on the spot) while the main road that leads there is quite complex.

the chap who was strimming the grass right where we were laying at the pool and then went into a big argument with another Italian guest.

We have stayed at A3passi multiple times and have received consistently high level of service. Everyone that works at A3passi has always been very professional and friendly to our family. The location is very convenient for us, with easy access to many interesting sights, but also tucked away enough that we are able to relax. We really enjoy having our own private patio to enjoy the beautiful outdoors at the location. We love having such a good restaurant on site, it is very convenient and the food is delicious. We look forward to returning!

The air conditioning works, but it is not as strong as we would like it to be (July). The bathtub on the larger apartment could use a glass door or curtain to block the water from spraying all over the bathroom floor.

The owner was very friendly! We bought some local olive oil as a souvenir. Breakfast was good (mainly sweet items though, as usual in Italy). We also enjoyed the pool and the general surroundings. It's a very nice place to walk around in the early morning.

It's a shame that the restaurant was not open during our one-night stay (Sunday evening), but we knew this beforehand.

I had a really great overnight stay at the A3Passi hotel, great clean room with good facilities, excellent evening meal and breakfast. I would recommend the A3Passi hotel

The room was very good, the surroundings are quiet and the bed was great. The shower is also great.

On Booking wasn't clear enaough that the option i choose was without breakfast. Anyway, the breakfast is definetly worth the little supplement. The staff could be warmer.
