Antes de entrar a la habitacion/apartmento necesitas estudiar la lista de obligaciones necesarias para pasar la noche, entre Ella's.... :tienes que traerte tus sabanas y toallas o pagar por ellas, tienes que dejar la habitacion mas limpia de lo que la has encontrado....

Beautiful accomodations
Nothing to complain but if they were to provide a microwave oven that would be really great.

The place is excellent, the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.
A bit weird that you need to order bed linens and towels separately and pay additional fee for that.

Great location near a beach and amenities like a grocery. Clean facilities. We loved that we had a kitchen.
Exiting the garage was confusing. We had to get out of the vehicle and put the code in on the outside to open the door.

the accomodation is simply amazing! it is amongst the most cosy places I’ve ever stayed!
we had an issue with the window curtain from the bathroom, and they were kind enough to give us an amazing room upgrade - which we enjoyed sooo much!

Excellent facilities, perfect for a ski or summer vacation. We come every year as a group for skiiing and it is perfect for us , very comfortable, cosy and the staff are great.

A little out of town but connection with ski shuttle bus at daytime
Internet was non-existant between 06-00 - not even at night (5 a.m.) and reception didn’t care.

Excellent service at the front desk. New and nicely furnished apartment. Perfect location and excellent view .
The floors were dusty and could be better cleaned. Only one elevator to the garage is a bottleneck.

Much of the furniture quite worn and the bed was quite uncomfortable

very comfortable and practical accommodation , close to the slopes. warm and clean place. good indoor parking opportunity .
playroom/activity room for children is missing. there is small play room for very small kids 1-3 year olds, and one shuffle board for adults which can be used by kids (in busy periods there is lot of waiting included). some more content for kids 5-10 years would be great !

Location is great the view is stunning and the appartments are huge

well appointed, situation very good
they charged extra for everything, even the shuffle board. I felt that pool and trim room should be included. that felt “cheap”

Rooms and bed were great, as expected. Great view, a parking garage for your car, really nice.
Some practical things were missing, like proper washing rack or simple hooks for dish towels, also the amount of cutlery is always way to limited, a bread knife was missing, that kind of things. Easy to fix though.

Very spacious and fresh, nice room! Kitchen with all necessary things included!
That you need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels. This is not normal practice for any hotels in Europe.
