La localisation du l’hébergement. Climatisation. Réactivité du propriétaire face à mon mécontentement.

Le propriétaire m’a proposé de changer de logement car celui initialement loué n’était pas propre et ce en plus du dessus de la cuvette des WC qui était cassé. Le nouveau logement était très propre et plus spacieux. Mais la literie n’était pas très confortable. Pas de tapis de salle de bain et des serviettes de toilette trop petites à mon goût . Logements dans les deux cas un peu vieillots qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement. La piscine n’était pas ouverte ou pas entretenu : pas de transats autour de la piscine ! Rapport qualité prix décevant.

I booked this apartment just because the other booking that I had was cancelled literally few hours before start of our stay. The information on how to reach the apartment was quite precise. The apartment is well located, close to the beach.

The apartment wasn't very clean, there was quite o lot of dirt in kitchenette area. The apartment seemed quite small for declared size (perhaps the terrace is included in area measurement). Equipment is very basic.

Clean, great and supportive owner even i the night communication.

Everything is very old. Bed was not comfortable. Room was small and not very clean.

Location great,lots of restaurants, cafes etc,pretty area,interesting architectural development. Terrace good size. Pool good. Kitchen we equipped. WiFi good.

No curtain on half the sliding doors so no privacy as bedroom is part of dining/ living area and woken at 6.30am by sunlight. Cobwebs,dust hanging down above bed. Dusty aircon made me cough all night. 2nd bedroom is bunkbed in corridor. Owner rude as we were out when he sent payment details, we said we'd pay after returning from dinner and he threatened to send his team round! Surely he's guaranteed via booking.com anyway as has card details on file! No need for rudeness!

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities, very clean couldn’t ask for more. The secure underground parking was great and meant there was no need to worry about our car overnight, the pool is a great way to spend the day if you don’t feel like going to the beach or exploring the surrounding area and just want a nice relaxing afternoon. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious, had a lovely balcony that got the evening sun which is perfect for sitting out on in the evening for a drink or a meal. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all good sizes. Had a washing machine in the bathroom which was a plus and meant if you were there for a while you can do washing in the apartment, good size kitchen for the apparent with some good cooking equipment. The owner of the apartments is really friendly and will accommodate your needs, he also speak very good English, so if your french is a little bit rusty it’s all good. Overall we all throughly enjoyed our stay there and would come back again and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The apartment is beside a lovely port with restaurants overlooking the boats.

Great place, clean and tidy in an awesome location has everything you need for a good stay. Arnaud is a great host very helpful and welcoming, he speaks english very well too for non french speakers, i would recommend to anyone wanting to visit and stay in the area. A really nice part of the world.
