Je dirais que c'est mineur compte tenu des dégâts à Panama City et à Mexico Beach. Pendant votre séjour, il se peut que des travailleurs du complexe effectuent des réparations. Certaines commodités peuvent ne pas être ouvertes pendant votre séjour. Actuellement, les courts de tennis et les terrains de jeu de palets sont fermés en raison de l'endommagement des clôtures. My family greatly enjoyed staying in this unit. It was accurately described, very clean, and in a great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner.

This property is just as advertised. The layout was perfect for our family. Easy walk onto the beach. The beach service was wonderful. We did have to go reserve every morning but there were plenty of chairs available.
Security was on site day and night keeping things safe. Be sure to have the parking pass displayed because it is checked for daily. We put it in the glove box one day as we were driving around and forgot to put it back on display and we did get a warning ticket.
We had a great stay overall and would definitely book here again!

We loved this condo and had the best week! The layout was perfect with 2 rooms beachfront. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The owner and property manager were very responsive, kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described. The storage in the kitchen and master bath are amazing. The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was easy to reach when we arrived and did not have parking passes or pool bands. This issue was resolved in less than an hour. We will definitely be back.

We love this condo! It’s very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to feel like you’re at home. My father is in a wheelchair and he easily gets around the condo. It’s beautifully decorated with plenty of room for 10 of us. The view from the balcony is amazing! The owner responds quickly to inquiries. We will definitely book this condo again

Great for the price and location
I booked this condo mainly for its location! I loved the view and my girlfriends did too! It was a bachelorette trip and we all had a great time! The only issues we had was really spotty internet (probably due to everyone at the beach vacaying too) and one of the king beds was uncomfortable. Other than that their really isn’t anything to complain about! Ray was super easy to communicate with and he texted the day of and day before about check in and check out. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I would definitely book again!! You can beat that gorgeous view!! I just wish we could have stayed longer!!

This Place was clean and very comfortable.
This property is well maintained and clean. The manager was quick to respond to my texts and was helpful. The pool and hottubs were very nice. On the down side, the elevators in this place are in need of a major overhaul. The two mane ones were remodeled while we were there but it didnt help the way they function. There are 4 elevator and the 4 days we were there only 2 were ever running at 1 time, never all 4. The HOA really needs to take a look at this.

North-East Snow Birds
The condo was perfect for us as a winter get away from the north-east snow & ice. Ray & Beverly were truly great hosts, Ray responded very promptly to me from my initial inquiry about the condo and straight through until departure. We appreciated the on-site parking, that was monitored by the staff. Check-in could not of been easier! The condo had many upscale luxuries that we appreciated such as firm mattresses, comfortable sheets..... a few nights were unseasonable cool where an extra blanket (there were none in the condo) would have been welcomed. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need including a blender! We absolutely loved the balcony area, this was our favorite hang out place, morning until evening. It was oversized which made it comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the ocean and watch the beach activity (dolphins, para-gliders...). The pub table and chairs were great for dining outdoors on nice evenings. From the posted pictures, we knew that we would not be comfortable on the plastic stackable chairs, so we brought our own oversized-padded folding chairs with us. I highly recommend this if it is an option. Having a comfortable chair to relax in was a good move on our part as we spent many hours enjoying the balcony. We used the gym most mornings, it was small but very clean and well equipped for our needs. I can not say enough about how well the complex was taken care of. Every morning (8:00am) they were cleaning the pool and spraying down the lounge chairs with disinfectant, someone was always present cleaning around the complex keeping it very tidy. The complex does not allow music around the pool (love this), only headphones, which made it very nice for relaxing and reading, although we did have a couple neighbors that blasted music from their balcony, but they were only there for a few days, thank goodness! I highly recommend this condo and we thank Ray & Barbara for hosting us. We plan on returning next year.

Super Condo
This condo is super nice. We love the location of this condo. The patio overlooks the pool. A small elevator is located close to this condo also. The kitchen is full of cooking utensils, bowls, and pots and pans. Owner is very easy to communicate with, and very nice. We stayed in this condo the last three trips to Panama City, in the summer and fall. Roy Daniel

The views were amazing from the balcony..great location on the beach...not to crowded..The condos are clean and the pool was great for the kids...would definitely come back! The owner was amazing to work with..he got back to me with any questions I had...great communication!!

Watercrest 3 bedroom condo
Excellent condo, well furnished and clean. 2 master sweets and very large 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

AWESOME!!!!
This was by far the best visit we have ever had at PCB. We have stayed in this building on a previous trip, but this unit was by far superior to any we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The Ballards were so nice and so hospitable. Their home was clean and had every convenience we could have possibly needed. A lot of special memories were created and the sunsets were beyond belief! We never wanted to leave. BEST TRIP EVER!!!!!

A great fall getaway.
I would greatly encourage any to stay in this property. The condo is well supplied with everything. Crock pots in the kitchen. Extra blankets in the closest. Games for kids in the closet. It has a new a good washer and dryer. The owner and the people who help him are very nice. Can't go wrong.

Wonderful vacation!
Our family had an amazing stay in this wonderful condo. The online pictures are completely accurate. The 2 elevators were a welcome plus-never a long wait to get downstairs. The balcony view was awesome. The owner was excellent to work with. Certainly hope to rent from him again next year.

My family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. I corresponded with the owner several times before and during our stay and he was very quick to respond and very helpful. The condo was nicely furnished and the balcony was directly over the pool giving a great view of the pool, hot tub and beach so that we could keep an eye on our teenage children. There were extra blankets in all bedrooms and air mattresses which we made use of during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware and silverware enough to serve our group of nine people. The room was located between two elevators so that we were always able to catch one or the other rather quickly. I have no complaints concerning the room and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo with plenty of room. All of the beds were comfortable and the balcony is wonderful. Being able to use the elevator that only went to the six floor was a big plus. The whole property is very well kept. Awesome place.

Family Vacation
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. Absolutely no complaints!! Great location - convenient and very family oriented. The condo is very clean, updated and tastefully decorated. Photos are true to the actual condition of the condo - no surprises!! The Ballard's are so easy to work with - quick response to any questions you have. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great place to stay!
We loved our visit! The condo is very nice decorated and clean. I would recommend bringing some blankets if you use the blow up mattress. There are sheets, but no blankets. We will definitely stay there again.
