Excellent location. Clean and environment friendly. Great hospitality, excellent staff, good communication skills and coordination amongst staff members. One of the best properties regarding ambience, facilities and most important, safety profile.😎👍. Excellent recreational activities, great to create a rapport with all the guests.🙏🙏🙏

Location was good. Breakfast and dinner spreads were good.
The travel desk is reasonaly priced and is quite helpful to plan trips in and around Kodaikanal.
The first day dinner time experience was terrible. The buffet counters were opened to guests from outside who were not staying in the resort. We had to return without having full dinner as it was over crowded and dishes were empty.
During checkin they specifically asked for checkout time and we mentioned 3pm (in a written form ). However on the day of checkout they asked us to vacate by 10am. When reminded about the form, he reviewed it and mentioned it was a mistake from their end and nothing can be done now.

Excellent property at the hill top providing a peaceful environment with ample parking space. The staff was professional - they arranged a few games & bonfire; Had a very good breakfast both the days!
Wifi signal was average inside the room.

Staffs at restaurant were cool and very accommodating. Loved the food as well.
Towels and linens were smelling bad.
Receptionist(lady) asked us to clean up the cups that had welcome drink , can't you guys afford a house keeping staff? Do you really want guests to be called back to do that. ? Or is it Indian guests treated this way ? I could see some used cups in the other tables. Irked me so bad, but kept quiet as I didn't want to start on a wrong note and spoil my mood.

Great attitude of staff. Exceptional hospitality from all staff. The manager Mr.Nilesh is an outstanding gentleman. We had a little accident on our way from Chennai and couldn't make it on the of booking. We called the resort and spoke to Mr.Nilesh who was primarily concerned about our safety and offered to move the booking to other dates or cancel it entirely according to our convenience. We went back to Chennai and returned the next day in another vehicle. The entire stay was so pleasant and the fiod and facilities including the location of the resort is excellent. Very close to town and lake area. Will definitely recommend this resort to all!
