This home was lovely and the owner easy to work with. We had an intimate group of friends gather to fellowship, renew and rest in a cozy, yet spacious space. The house was well decorated with nice, artistic touches. The kitchen was perfect for those who enjoy cooking and connecting. The flow of the home made it easily accessible for all to freely move about while still gifting ample privacy. The sunroom and patio are where we spent the bulk of our time, as the yard is a site to see! Well-groomed and cared-for, this is a sweet little oasis to those who want to connect with each other AND the outdoors. Plenty of room (inside AND out) for everyone to enjoy connecting as a group with several options on where to do it, but also cozy in our individual corners. The linens/bedding were top notch, the kitchen well stocked for use and the home nestled amidst a dreamy neighborhood that's worth the slow Sunday drive on your way out. We've already been dreaming up another stay and didn't hesitate to pass this listing on to others.

In general the house met all of our requirements. It is spread out which allows privacy and was comfortable. It could use some help in organizing the closet space. Too many items were shoved into the closets which was unfortunate. We had bad weather so did not use the pool and outside area. The house had all of the basics and was in a very nice neighborhood. It was perfect for us.

Stayed here for a convention with co-workers to avoid the crowded and overpriced hotels. Everyone was impressed with the property, especially the backyard. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house. Owner is a great communicator and very easy to deal with.

Rented this location to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday with a few close friends and family. This spot was everything and more! The kids had the best time and pretty much stayed up all night talking, laughing and having a great time! Totally loved the interior of the house especially the master on main that allowed me to keep an eye on them but not be intrusive. Lisa is an amazing host - very responsive, thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.

We had our annual family get together and everyone said this was the best home we have ever rented. It had everything you would ever need for an unforgettable getaway. It was even better than the pictures and the listing description. Host was great and provided pool floats and towels to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Numerous indoor and outdoor seating areas to accommodate our large group. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Close to Marta, shopping and Buckhead restaurants. Would definitely rent this home again!

This was an awesome place to stay. It accommodated my husband and myself and our adult children, spouses and their children. The pool was super fun! The neighborhood was so nice and the people were super friendly. We walked daily, went swimming, and had lots of fun. The neighborhood was super nice and we were respectful of it as if it was our own. Screen porch was an awesome place to sit with coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the afternoons. Loved our stay there.

We loved spending time on the deck, pool area and on the screened in porch. The outdoor area and infinity pool are private and secluded . The landscape and hard scape are lush and generous. The house is spacious. Could use better kitchen supplies to qualify as executive home. Lots of mismatched dishes and flatware to make it work for our family of 8 adults. The cabinets and closets are full of personal items. Those were the only concerns and didn’t define the weekend. Clear instructions were posted throughout the home and we had good communication from the home owner Lisa. We were allowed a late check out and Lisa was a delight to work through. We even got an earlier check in. The house was spotless and sorrels fresh and clean. Beds were all very comfortable and the AC worked well in the house with extra fans in each room. We slept and rested so well. We didn’t want to leave. Easy access to North Buckhead, Sandy Springs and 400.

It is spacious and comfortable. The floor plan is perfect for a large family or group. The pool and entire outside area is resort like.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet, gorgeous home, beautiful neighborhood. Lisa, the host, was rapidly responsive and very accommodating. We had family using all 5 bedrooms to celebrate our daughter’s SCAD graduation.The bedrooms and plentiful bathrooms were large and well appointed. Updated open concept kitchen with views to formal dining room, tv room, breakfast nook, and overlooking phenomenal backyard. So many areas inside and outside and comfy furnishings big enough for everyone to be together as well as numerous cozy areas for private conversations while still feeling part of the gathering. I’ve noticed a trend in reviews where everything is phenomenally wonderful with a 5/5 or egregious problems warranting a 3/5 or lower rating. Blunt feedback for full picture: -home was clean, nothing crazy dirty gross, but not immaculate: horrible odor emanating from garbage disposal, rewashed all glassware before use, fingernail - (fake) in bedside drawer, crumpled Dorito’s bag under bed, glass doors/windows not recently cleaned. Suggestion to Lisa: replace current cleaning crew -majority of closets unusable or barely usable; huge closets but filled with furniture and other stuff -no drawer space in front bedroom and unusable closet, so guests there lived out of suitcase and would have preferred to unpack for our stay. Few drawers available in most of the bedrooms. If this home suits your needs and location, look no further. You will not be disappointed and likely will be thrilled.

House was exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs. Lisa was easy to work with and communication was easy. Location was perfect. We enjoyed taking a morning walk through the neighborhood.

This place is amazing very clean and updated. Very spacious for our group. The backyard is unbelievable. Wish we had more time just to relax there.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with large homes and big yards. We had plenty of space and the grandkids loved the pool. Most of our activities were within a 30 minute drive (aquarium, zoo, botanical gardens, etc.) which was not a problem for us. It was great to get back to a peaceful environment at the end of a busy day.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a great vacation! The property owner was great to work with and the house was beautiful and didn’t lack for anything. I would highly recommend!

This is an amazing home loaded full of amenities. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous and make you feel like you’re at a private resort. Awesome hosts who care about your experience as well as the property. Perfect spot in Atlanta.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the city, yet away from the craziness. Location was in a gorgeous neighborhood. We appreciated all the amenities, and the cleanliness of the house.

The property was very beautiful. We ran into a couple of hiccups, but Lisa was very responsive and accommodating. But all in all, would definitely stay again. The place was very clean and spacious. The owners are very pleasant as well.

The property is as described in a quiet neighborhood that is nice for walking. There are many rooms that work well for conversation and eating. Backyard is a great place to gather. Overall an excellent experience.

I had a full house of 10 associates (myself included) and was able to stay comfortably and have dinners and cocktails and time to relax. We ordered pizza from a local spot one night and cooked two massive meals the other two. The heated pool, outdoor fireplace, and hot tub were all a huge hit with my whole team. Easy to find, beautiful neighborhood, and close enough to Georgia World Congress Center that we were able to work a trade show comfortably. Compared to the cost of a hotel room for the whole team this is a no brainer! Everyone had a great time and slept comfortably. Thanks so much for an unreal experience in your beautiful home.
