it was so bad and not what we expected from what we sew on the pictures that we said we are not going to stay , we left and figured out that booking gave our card details to the Hotel and they charged us (actually stole our money )

i didn’t like the all situation

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the nica breakfast included in the price was yummy. Rooms are spacious, clean and it’s a really quite hotel

Nice place, beautiful grounds and space to relax by yourself. Staff was very pleasing, no English but the translater app works well. A bit disappointed no meals were served after breakfast but you can order from a sistering hostel for 100.00 Cordova. The walk to town was about 15 min so that was good.

Breakfast was good... coffee was served halfway through. Staff is friendly. Grounds very quiet.

Our room had cracked and missing floor tile. My room came with a window A/C unit that worked. My friends room next door had a fan. Rickety stairs. No T.V. pool needed cleaning.

The location was good and staff were welcoming

We did not have towels in the room when we arrived, the shower did not have a shower head and the pool was not usable on the first day we got there

It was well maintained. the room has enough space.

It might be better to up grade A/C.

What breakfast

The attitude of the staff was very smug and condesending because I didn't speak spanish

Breakfast was excellent and service on time. The swimming pool was clean.

There's no TV even in common places, I hadn't wifi access and staff never offered a password.

Great Value, large room with AC, the pool & gardens maintained & unexpected shuttle service to beaches & downtown sister hotel, Oro Hostel. helpful staff & extra service. eg coffee before opening & great breakfasts.

Very affordable. Great location, just a short walk on the beach to all of the restaurants and bars. A wonderful little cat lives there and always greets you. The pool was great. Landscaping , trees, and flowers were beautiful. Comfortable hammocks and thatched roof restaurant made for nice working conditions. Decent Wi-Fi also. Very secure. Walls and gates and somebody was always around Eric and Valeria were hard-working, friendly, and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like. The food was good but a bit pricey because there's other cheaper options nearby for Nica breakfast or plate of fruit.

The door window with has no seficint covrege The ants bit me and they were evrywhere The terible noise of renovation that started early and just didnt ended No hot water

the place was beautiful, with a large bedroom.the man from the reception did everything he could to help us with our problems.

1. There was a lot of noise (something was broken on the roof or the trees we don't know),impossible to sleep,we asked to change rooms,it was the same, we slept 30 min during the night. 2.no WiFi, the employees tried to put it, never worked 3. No water in the bathroom, impossible to take a shower, or to flush the toilet...

the staff was unfriendly and not caring about any issues that came up. among which, water dripping from the upstairs room, water stopping whilst showering and a very bad food poisoning caused by the food served at breakfast. nobody bothered to at least apologise for any of these issues. I’m aware we’re in Nicaragua, but this was unacceptable from many points of view. would never go back nor recommend it.

I really liked that the property is on walking distance from the beach

The bathroom didnt have soap and you can only pay in cash, thankfully I was carring some cash but now days is expected to be able to use card and more if I book it throw booking
