Ciro, our host was really welcoming and helpful. Although he doesn't speak English, thanks to Google Translate, we could understand each other perfectly :) (He was really happy to discover that we understood a bit of Italian too, and often spoke to us in Italian, but don't worry if you do not speak the language, the 21st century's technology will help you). He always offered to drop us off / pick us up from the metro station, and provided us with tips for travel, sightseeing. He also warned us about how taxi drivers rip off tourists. Breakfast was toast, Nutella, jam, coffee, all of which was in our room already - so were bottles of water in the fridge. He asked us every day if we needed anything. The accomodation is really modern, excellent wifi, clean and 2 minutes walking distance from a supermarket with great range of food of outstanding quality and cheap prices. :)

Great little apartment very close to the airport. Also modestly prices. Ciro the owner was super nice. We arrived very late in the evening, and Ciro came to pick us from the airport for a small fee. He then took us in the morning to the car rental company at no extra charge. Thank you Ciro.

Superb accommodation and Ciro is a welcoming host who showed exceptional kindness in looking after our son, who doesn't speak Italian and travelled separately from the rest of our family, when our flight was delayed. Ciro picked him up from the airport and looked after him like he was his own son, keeping me updated at all times. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to minimise the disruption to our holiday. I can't rate Ciro and Casa Alma highly enough and am tremendously grateful for his hospitality and care. I would definitely stay at Casa Alma again when I'm next in Naples. Grazie mille Ciro!

Good overall, except the noise from the clock inside the radiator which prevented me from sleeping. The host was very nice and helpful The surrouding area was not attractive , but a hypermarket is within a walking distance

Very good for a short stay after out flight! They offered airport shuttle which we used, and it was great to get so easily to the property. The owner was very accomodating and the apartments were spacious and clean.

My stay at Casa Alma was nothing short of amazing. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was definitely the lovely host Ciro who went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. Ciro drove us to and from the airport and ordered us pizza for dinner that came right to our door. Since it was my last night in Italy I asked him if I could buy a few beers off him since I didn’t want to walk around an unfamiliar area that late at night. Within minutes he responded saying he was going to the liquor store and he dropped off drinks off 10 mins later. I also asked if he had any disinfectant for a cut I had on my leg and Ciro went out to the pharmacy and returned with it very quickly. On top of his fabulous service, I enjoyed all of the conversations we had through google translate as he is very smart and funny. I will 100% be returning to Casa Alma the next time I am in Naples.

Location very close to the international airport. Convenient parking for cars. Equipped kitchen. Each appartment includes 2 bedrooms and a shared living room for dining, and a sofa which can be unfolded to an additional double bed (which we didnt use...). Very responsive host (we were a group arriving in different times of the day, the host went out of his way to accomodate us). Bottom line - conveniently met our needs for a last-night arrangement in Napoli (had to leave at 3AM to airport for an early morning flight), in a reasonable price.

Ciro the owner was lovely, great communication. Good to have secure parking. Great little supply of breakfast treats, bottled water, milk fruit juice in the fridge. Ciro recommended his favourite pizza restaurant and even drove us there and picked us up. Great value for money, highly recommended Casa Alma and just a 5-10 minute drive to the airport. Stayed for a few days in November. Our plane was delayed and we arrived at the apartment around midnight, the owner arrived a few minutes later. We communicated through google translator. The apartments are located in the courtyard of the house, the noise from the streets did not bother us. The yard is large, there is where to park the car. There were five of us, the beds are comfortable, but the sofa in the living room is hard. Walk half an hour to the metro station. Supermarket next to the house. Recomended

The owner is exceptional, the most nice and helpful. Met us from the taxi and helped us order the taxi for the morning as well, so we were able to get to/from the house with no issues at all. He also ordered us some pizza upon the arrival, pizza was pretty tasty. I also needed things for my contact lenses, and he helped get it late in the evening. The whole place was very clean and cozy, had everything we could need, very warm as well. There were a few things on the table for the morning breakfast as well. The power plugs are Italian, but there is one standard in the kitchen for the microwave, so we had no issues charging. We needed to stay a night inbetween flights and it fully fulfilled the purpose. Just 10 minutes away from the airport by car/taxi. Thanks for a great night!

Every thing is good in the property I don’t have negative to talk about. Mr Ciro is a very good and kind man. The night he came to pick me up he try to order pizza for me but unfortunately the pizza shop was closed .

We loved our short stay at Casa Alma. The hospitality was fantastic and they accommodated our late arrival into Naples. The apartment was spacious, very clean and the bathroom was fantastic. They even helped us coordinate our transportation to the port of Napoli. Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Our host was absolutely amazing- the best we have come across in our almost 3 months of travelling around Europe. Extremely kind, generous and welcoming. He even dropped us off at his favourite pizza restaurant for the best pizza in Napoli. The apartment was well furnished and spacious with everything we needed (coffee machine, fridge, oven, etc). Very clean too. Supermarket was just down the road. We were able to park our rental car securely in the complex too which was fantastic (our host even backed in our car for us). Breakfast was great- some Italian toast crackers and an assortment of spreads. Some snack bars too. Milk also supplied and plenty of bottled water. Host was extremely generous. Wifi was very stable too which was good for working. If we ever come back to Naples, we will stay at Casa Alma again for sure. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏

The property was so kind and accommodating. He even went the extra mile and turned our rental car around for us in the parking because he knew there was little space. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The proprietor proactively got in touch to find out what time we'd be arriving and he was there promptly. The apartment is on the ground level with plenty of parking space (for 5 euros extra), and very spacious. It's all very basic and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a/c, and good sized bathroom with a laundry machine. You get a real feeling for Naples living with the neighbors hanging out with their windows and doors open, conversing quite loudly (they quieted down by late evening!). The breakfast was just some packaged cookies, juice boxes and a coffee maker. The afternoon that we arrived, we found a grocery store nearby and got fruit, yogurt and some fresh rolls for breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the owner gave us a great recommendation for authentic Neapolitan pizza, which was excellent. We chose Casa Alma for its proximity to the airport. While it is quite close, if you are driving, be aware that there can be some crazy traffic a couple of blocks from the car rental area, so give yourself an extra 10 minutes or so, especially if you also need to get gas (there's a Tamoil on the way, but the credit card machine didn't work and we had to spend some extra time working out how to pay in cash, etc). Also - if you are driving there, note that Google Maps shows the street Casa Alma is on as going one-way, but in the wrong direction! We went around a big loop 2 times before we figured it out. Be sure to look at the map carefully before driving there - turn left at the corner where there's a market!!

The apartment itself was fine, but it's in a neighborhood that is a bit away from the main streets and a bit grubby, so it seemed a bit desolate after dark, but not unsafe.
