The Staff is amaziiing! They were super helpful and really once of the nicest I’ve ever seen. One day of our stay it was my mom’s birthday and they organised a small present and card for her. You don’t get this kind of attention in any other place. The Breakfast was awesome, so much variety and the rooms and clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from bus stop and there are nice restaurants around it.

The property & location were picture perfect. The breakfast was comprehensive of all sorts of food & the actual setting of it and the table - we had name plates & a paper with all the activities happening in the area. The lady waiting on us during breakfast was just amazing - courteous & serviceable. I wish we were staying longer.

bed not as comfortable as I wish, all in all, a bit overpriced in my opinion, but this is august and in the end price is resulting from demand/offer therefore congrats if they manage to keep this price

Fantastic place to stay. Good location, close to different attractions in South Tyrol. Superb breakfast. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We were staying here for the second time and planning to come back again!

very pleasent hotel ,clean comfortable silent vell equipped rooms, tasty breakfast, the attentive staff. Parkplace. Super place for skiers, close to the lifts c.a. 100m, no crowded ski area . In the nearest nice city Brunico .

the bedroom and bathroom room decor was old-fashioned and there were no amenities such as shampoo, tissues, wine glasses, bottle opener which as mostly expected for a 3 star hotel.

Amazing price / performance. The owner is super kind, everything is clean and tidy, breakfast delicious. 50m walk to the lift.

Very comfy room, new and spotless, with a balcomy, desk and chair, closet. 2 mins walking to Kronplatz gondola. Coffee machine at breakfast, high quality coffee, ski room. I asked for a kettle and they brought one for my entire stay. I left my bags against taxi arriving in the afternoon and was offered to use a space with table and chairs, adjacent toilet to have privacy while I wait. Truly hospitable

A small thing really- the only wastebin (in the bathroom) had no plastic bag and the room being so spotless felt awkward throwing apple cores or tea bags and such, ended up using my own plastic bags. Didn't want to ask..

Nice hotel with elevator and free parking, good breakfast, kind host

Breakfast was great! Diverse and quality products👌 The view from the balcony was beautiful. Bikes provided where also good feature, we took a ride and the landscape around the hotel is beautiful.
