Der Fön

Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer, welches nach Schimmel roch. Wir bekamen ein neues mit der Begründung, dass es vielleicht an der Baustelle nebenan läge. Diese war auch immer wieder gut hörbar. Das Fitnessstudio im Keller roch noch viel schlimmer nach Schimmel. Als Asthmatikerin war das alles extrem subotimal. Das Frühstück war spartanisch. Das Personal eher unbeteiligt und nicht sehr herzlich. Ich brach den Urlaub mit meinem Sohn ab und musste ein weitere Unterkunft bezahlen. Das Hotel wollte sich wegen einer etwaiger Wiedergutmachung melden … ich habe aber nie wieder etwas gehört.

El hotel es muy bonito. Está nuevo. El personal es muy amable. La comida está deliciosa y puedes pedir menú de degustación al cuarto.

The location is superb. Right in the centre of everything. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable and the food is exceptional.

Parking is very expensive in San Sebastián but that’s the price you pay for being so near the centre.

Really everything was great. There is some street construction going on, but it didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Once that’s complete, the outside eating area will be fantastic.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado, todo estaba a un nivel superior, elegante, limpio y el personal muy amable. ¡Incluso nos dieron un upgrade de habitación con unas vistas preciosas! Realmente disfrutamos mucho. El hotel tiene todo, muy ecológico con piedras y maderas, y huele muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta, todo está al lado. En las habitaciones hay de todo, con una bañera cómoda, una ducha moderna y un secador Dyson. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%! Vale la pena su precio y se disfruta mucho.

Hotel de mucha categoría, el equipamiento de las habitaciones es excelente (tablet, secador de lujo, altavoz, caja fuerte en cajón, wc con funciones de limpieza, butaca, iluminaciones, etc)

No me ha gustado NADA que la habitación entregada fuera de menor superficie que la contratada, finalmente he tenido que asumir que Booking publicita otra criterio de categorías de habitación que el propio hotel, o que llegué demasiado tarde y alquilaron a otro mi habitación, aunque estaba ya pagada.
