Beautiful room in two levels. Staff very polite and om top of details, good advise of Amalfi attractions. Perfect location. Nice view from balcoy. Aweaome room decoration and facilities. Nice help on having valet parking.

We stayed in rooms 1 and 3, which were both on the same floor. Not too many stairs. I think rooms 5 and 6 are further upstairs. The staff at DieciSedici are nothing but wonderful and helpful if you need anything or have any questions. Andrea is available to help carry suitcases from the ferry terminal to the room which is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and amenities are plentiful. Room comes with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand sanitizer, q tips, hair tie, nail filer, hair dryer, slippers, instant coffee, tea, dish soap. AC units were strong. Place is quiet. Location is steps away from the beach and main square. We are not breakfast people, but they offer 30% off breakfast at the bistro in the main square because there is no breakfast offered at the hotel. There are also free programs offered every day such as a tour of Ravello or Path of Gods hike. No complaints, only good things to say, would 100% stay here again.

No complaints! But I will use this space to compare the 2 rooms we stayed in. Can’t go wrong with either one really, but they do have small differences. Room 3 is the junior suite split level. Room 1 is the quadruple suite split level. Overall, we liked 3 more but both rooms were great. Pros of Room 1: bathroom is on the same floor as the bed, dishwasher, microwave in room, bigger fridge, spacious dining table. Cons of Room 1: little sunlight, patio (shared?) is located in outdoor stairwell. Pros of Room 3: brightly lit with sun, bigger outdoor patio. Cons of Room 3: no microwave or dishwasher but there is a microwave in the common hallway, bathroom is on the lower floor separated by stairs from bed upstairs.

The rooms were peefect. Comfortable and very clean. Close to the square and bus station!

Excellent location, close to everything. Clean, service was excellent from everyone we dealt with at the hotel. Super helpful, recommendations also given. Had everything we needed.

There was a smell that came from the terrace area that wasn't that pleasant. Imagine from drainage system or other. Helpful to have an iron in the room but we were given one once requested so no problem. Mattress on sofabed could be better but it is a sofabed!

Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Close to the ocean and all entertainment in Amalfi.

Spacious and nice apartment/hotel a few mins walk from Amalfi town square. Good communication from Reception team in lead up and during our stay. The team organised Andrea for complimentary porter service and was a big help with our luggage at the ferry port for checkin and checkout. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage in room before we had full access. Melissa was fantastic at checkin and showed us a map of town and highlighted things to see and food recommendations. Well furnished with great shower and bathroom, super comfortable bed, sitting area and bonus Bluetooth sound system. Secure building. There are some external stairs to get to apartment #2 and once inside a staircase to get to loft for bed. Coffee and tea facilities as well as drinking and wine glasses provided. No breakfast provided but they have a recommended resto in the square or cafe 50m from apartment. Good option for comfort just outside the town square. Able to use type C and F power plugs.

Amazing location.

Very good location, located at the center and just 3 mins walking distance from Amalfi center. Our room was great (room 4 like a loft) very spacious with one small balcony and a small courtyard with table and chairs. bed is extremely comfortable, all amenities including kettle and sound system. very clean and new. they also help with luggage when carrying to pier.

Perfect location for a stay in Amalfi, so close to everything one of the most perfect hotels we've stayed in. The host 'Carmen' was amazing, so friendly and informative and sorted everything for us, recommending great day trips and tours we could do for free through the hotel, aswell as some perfect food recommendations! Gorgeous 12th century renovated building, clean and tidy rooms and amazing hosts! Will stay again!

Nothing, our stay was perfection!

The room was immaculate and well appointed. The location was wonderful-providing easy access to the ferries, restaurants, shopping and the beautiful Amalfi cathedral

We did not like having to climb so many outside stairs to reach our unit. Some were uneven and I was concerned about falling. The risers were not always even.
