Cette maison entièrement meublée est idéalement située dans le centre-ville de Boulder, juste au nord du légendaire Pearl Street Mall. Vous serez à quelques minutes des restaurants de classe mondiale, des boutiques fantastiques et des divertissements en famille.
Les 3 chambres sont équipées de nouveaux matelas avec de nouveaux draps en coton blanc. Il y a 1 chambre avec lit King Size (lit double Sleep Number) avec salle de bain principale, 1 chambre Queen, et la troisième chambre a un lit gigogne avec 2 matelas jumeaux et un lit enfant en bas âge. Il y a aussi un pack 'n play dans le placard de la chambre des enfants si vous avez besoin d'un lit plus criblike. Les trois chambres ont une climatisation.
La maison se compose d'un salon avec une télévision à écran plat avec Netflilx / Hulu / HBO / Showtime Prime / AppleTV et d'une connexion Internet haut débit sans fil.

The house was perfect for our short trip to Boulder. Easy to get all around town, quiet, and attention to detail was appreciated. Also excellent communication w the owner. I am a bit obsessive about cleanliness and it was so clean and cared for- with comfy beds!!!

Updated home near Lucky Shopping center & Park. We walked & rode bikes everywhere. This was the perfect home base for our family of four adults Wonderful bedding was greatly appreciated. Window A/Cs keep it cool but are definitely “white” noise.

Good spot for two moms + three kiddos…had fun catching up with our CU Boulder freshman girls …location was easy, neighbors were sweet…giving out flower seeds 🌸 one parking spot…washer dryer came in handy…well equipped kitchen…could use few more towels and a broom but would rent again and again. Thank you for sharing your home.

A stylish, extremely well-appointed house in a convenient location. We are a family of 5 adults who spent Christmastime at this home and it worked really, really well. The kitchen is by far the best, most outfitted kitchen in our VRBO experience, and we cooked a lot, with ease. Comfy beds, nice linens, good towels. Close to Ideal Market for easy grocery shopping. Nice touches everywhere -- snacks, cool art, bright and stylish interior. There was even a wood fire all laid and ready and waiting to be lit! Would stay here again and again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great Spot for our family!!
We had an amazing stay at this adorable condo! The pics do not do it justice and the owners did not miss a thing, everything I could have ever asked for was at our fingertips! We rented a car and was able to park it off the street, but we also took public transportation just 1 minute from the front door! We even had a power outage due to weather and the owners texted about power restoration times they received from the power company. Do not look any further...this is your rental!

Perfect for traveling families with littles!
We have a toddler and this place was perfect for us! Owner was so accommodating and left so many useful things (such as baby monitor, sound machine, high chair, etc) so we didn’t have to worry about bringing them with. Sadly, we just happened to visit on a rare rainy weekend, but had it been nicer we would be walked everywhere! There’s a little strip nearby that has some restaurants, a market, a wine/beer/liquor store, ice cream, and coffee. What more do you need?! It’s also not a long walk from a Pearl St. that has everything. The property was super clean and instructions were all clearly labeled. They were also super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Boulder...especially if you’re traveling with little ones!

Perfect home for our family!
My husband and I just got back from a week in Boulder with our 2 year old son and my parents. This house was perfect for all of us! We loved the location- easy walk to North Boulder park, the market, bagel shop, coffee shop, other restaurants. The house was very clean and bright and toddler friendly! We loved the modern style throughout. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We arrived to a lovely gift basket and a great binder full of helpful travel info about the area. We appreciated the very well stocked kitchen! The house is located on Broadway, which can be busy at times... this didn't really bother us much- my son liked watching all the cars go by. Highly recommend this house!

Very well equipped, nicely decorated and comfortable house
We had a great experience in Debbie's house, which is conveniently located less than 20 min walking distance from Pearl Street and less than 5 min walking distance from great grocery stores. Debbie was very responsive and had left a really nice welcome basket in the kitchen! The house was extremely comfortable and wel equipped. Two minor comments perhaps: it is on a busy street and two out of the 3 bedrooms might be a little noisy if you are not used to leave in a busy city. And we felt like we could not enjoy the outdoor: too busy in the front because of the main street, and the patio at the back of the house was not offering any privacy (totally open and adjacent to the next house backyard which did not seem to be maintained).

Updated and comfortable home in young and vibrant Boulder
This was a perfect find for our family traveling to Boulder to visit our son attending University of Colorado. It was convenient to the university, as well as the Boulder downtown on Pearl Street. The home was spacious and comfortable for my husband and me and our 2 adult children traveling with us. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very important to me. I was looking for a VRBO with a king bed, and this has one. The bathrooms and kitchen were newly updated with very modern appliances and fixtures. The home was immaculately maintained, and the owners were super easy to work with. We really appreciated the welcoming snacks upon arrival since our plane was delayed by hours, and nothing was open when we got there. We were really happy and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and has every amenity possible. It is in a great location--15-ish minute walk to Pearl Street, a grocery store close by. Easy stay!

Perfect for young family!
We rented this place for our two adult children with young families when we were all in Boulder for a family reunion. It was perfect for them. The owner provided the equipment needed to survive with a five week old baby and a three year old. The house was neat and clean and near North Boulder Park and close to shopping.

We loved the house, it was so modern and cool! We loved the location, so easy to walk to Pearl Street. Also, Debbie was fantastic to work with. She always responded promptly to my questions and was flexible when I added a night. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful home away from home!
I booked this property for a girls' weekend. It was lovely! Centrally located, beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable. The owners, Deb and Dan, were great to work with. The kitchen was exceptional. Would definitely book the property again!

We love Boulder! Great townhouse!
My husband and I booked 3 nights at this townhouse in Boulder last month. We had never booked through VRBO and were a little timid about what to expect. It was great! We couldn't have felt more at home in this private setting. The townhouse had 2 units behind the main house and we never saw other residents. The bed was extremely comfortable! They had everything we may have needed for our stay. They have really great art! I definitely would recommend this property!
