Convenient location. Clean and staff was friendly. Held our luggage as we arrived earlier then expected. Breakfast was great. Lots of selection. We were super excited to see the dog (we missed our fur babies) but unfortunately we missed him 😆

This hotel has a good location to explore this quaint little town. Beech is not far from the hotel & lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed one night at the hotel last month in July 2022. Check-in was quick & easy. Not only that we arrived one hour early & our room was ready so we checked in early which was brilliant. They have valet parking & charge €18 per day. Hotel has a white theme which looks beautiful. Our room had a balcony which was lovely. The restaurant was good we had dinner & breakfast.

My only suggestion to the hotel would be to consider having tea/coffee facilities in the room being a 4 star hotel.

The staff at check-in and also during breakfast of the first day were very polite and friendly. They spoke decent English and were very helpful. The lobby and bar area is beautifully decorated with white furniture and has a luxury appearance. There is vallet parking available, but only during the time of your stay (no flexibility - see below). The breakfast is decent, but you need to place orders by handing in a piece of paper and especially in English things get misunderstood. The room has AC and provides everything you need. The receptionist at check-in also helped with directions and arranged a scooter rental for the following day and took the time to explain some things about Minori and surroundings, which was very kind. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants and only a short walk away from the beach.

The rooms are basic and overpriced, but this is a problem across the Almafi coast. You need to carry your bag up a few stairs to reach the reception and several more to reach the elevator, however the staff is helpful with luggage during check-in. There were signs of mold near the AC and the shower door was broken. Certainly not a 4* quality level room, but the foyer and restaurant have a 4* appearance. What is a bad joke is that if you want eggs for breakfast they charge you extra...asking paying customers extra for eggs with this kind of price level is insane. Furthermore fresh juices are also getting charged extra. It's the classic tourist trap charging for anything extra. The lady at the check-out was rude and very arrogant. The parking conditions stated on the website said 18 Euros per day and we wanted to leave the car a few more hours after check-out since we also had checked-in late on arrival, as it's hard to find parking along the Almafi coast and we didn't want to waste time to look for another parking spot. This was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel in the first place, as it provided parking. The main problem was that the lady at the check-out was not respectful nor friendly towards my partner and myself. I understood she needed space for incoming customers and I would not mind to place it wherever convenient just so we avoid them trouble and gain a few hours to see more of the town, but then the situation heated up and it ruined our feeling of that day, as we started arguing. It must be the italian temparament, but it was an unprofessional way to handle the situation with statements like "I don't care".

This is one of the best hotels I´ve ever stayed in just as I found Minori one of the most charming places I´ve ever visited. I was a little unsure of the wedding cake façade and ubiquitous white at first but I quickly succumbed. The room had a balcony overlooking the main street which was lively with people and swifts shrieking past but was never so noisy that it bothered me. The maid service was discreet and efficient, the shower always worked and the breakfast was pretty good. The reception people were helpful and pleasant. There was also a bookshelf where I made some swaps, leaving a couple of books I had read behind and taking a couple with me. Finally and most importantly, the price was good compared with the place I stayed in Sorrento.

I would prefer more space to move around and store my luggage in the room than a queen-sized bed. The fridge was also not very efficient so drinks were never really cold but I found that in all the hotels I stayed in in this area.

Great location, very clean hotel and friendly staff

mattresses are a bit hard, hot water seemed to run low after one shower, heating had to be turned off from reception otherwise it keeps coming back on. unfortunately we had noisy people above and next door to us and we could hear everything including when they were using their bathroom. High heels on tiled floors can be very noisy for people below and also dragging of chairs was noisy.

Hotel was 10/10 just the breakfast was really disappointment for us. It was not self service, was lack of choice and plus you needed to pay extra for eggs and fresh orange juice.
