My family and myself enjoyed our stay in this home. It was close to everything that we planned on doing. The neighbors were nice and friendly. It is in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There is a lot of people walking the neighborhood. Don't be alarmed. They all spoke to us. Never had a problem with anybody. We do plan on visiting New Orleans again soon and this will be on our list of places to stay. The home was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed.

Property was perfect, very clean, host was the best I/we've experienced. Very responsive and clear instructions. Location was literally within 10 minutes away from everything we had planned and wanted to do. Superdome view from front of property. Beds were great slept very well. Definitely felt like home away from home as it was very welcoming.

Pictures were exactly as advertised. Beds super comfortable. Neighborhood was about a mile to parade route. Did not have any problems with anyone living in surrounding area, close to lots of local eating places. Apartment was clean, had cameras, a security system and remote locks. We felt very safe. We had a great time and will be staying again if come back to New Orleans.

This is a wonderful place to stay in New Orleans. It’s close to everything and Uber rides are inexpensive to most places. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

My family (a total of eight people) enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit was on the first floor of a two floor building and was easy to access, which was good since we were traveling with a person using a walker and an elderly individual. The only complaint we had was there were no grab bars in the showers to make to allow for confident showering with the two people previously mentioned.
The unit was welcoming, comfortable and centrally located to most of New Orleans. We were at most 10 minutes (given non-rush hour) travel time for almost everything.

The location is pretty close to any event you’d be looking for in New Orleans. The inside of the home is spacious and clean. The owner is very responsive.

We chose this location because it was in between the French Quarter and Tulane University. It was an easy Uber/Lyft ride to both. The property was exactly as advertised, and we had no issues getting in and out of the area at all times of day. We had two families with four kids between 5 and 12, and they loved it. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay it was very clean and very spacious, 10 minute drive from burboun st. The neighborhood was a bit questionable but with all the security cameras and gate we felt completely safe. Owner was very helpful and thoughtful.

Easy check in and out. Host replied quickly to any messages. Nicely furnished and clean. Kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Tastefully decorated. Great use of space. 6 minutes from Tulane campus. An Uber to Jackson Square was only $15! Parking was available. Sometimes the neighbors would space their vehicles out inefficiently and I couldn't park in front; but this
home is on the corner, so I had the side street available for parking.

Though the home was like the pictures and very pretty, my family and I were very uncomfortable in the home due to many different occurrences. Not only did we encounter a handful of dead roaches in the home, but the neighborhood itself was extremely sketchy. On our final night, there was a shooting where someone was murdered steps away from where the rental. When we contacted the host after our stay, she got really defensive and rude. I would not recommend.

Beautiful interior, very safe, good amenities, only 10-15 minutes from all the good bars and restaurants. The host was a very good communicator. TVs in every room. We had a great, very comfortable time. 5 out of 5 stars

Pictures are accurate of this unit. There is nothing near by and the surrounding area seems like a high crime neighborhood

Great stay
House was spacious, clean and well stocked. Stayed with 4 adults, two teens and two children and had no complaints.

Nice but noisy
We stayed at this property. It was beautiful. But there was a lot of noise from upstairs. Kids running back and forth at 5am!! We were also told by every single uber driver we had that we had picked a property in a very bad neighborhood so that made us feel very uneasy. But the house was beautiful

Great house
Very clean house that had plenty of space for 9 people. It was central to all the locations we were going to. We enjoyed the TV's in each bedroom, and appreciated the two bathrooms with hair products and soap.
