the owner allowed us to check in earlier than planned as we arrived a bit early...however 4PM check in sound a bit too late. it is close to the beach but the beach around there is not waw, 15min away from Trogir old town. they allowed pets and the owner was responsive and friendly.
too pricy for what it offers. we rented the jacuzzi and the water was a bit smelly. the main toilet was clogging up even after they brought someone to unclog it, so we weren't able to use it...luckily there are two toilets. the kitchen was falling apart, some of the cabinets were broken. the cable tv was all in german...no netflix or smart apps.

Nice beds, big closets. Great owner and service
Second bedroom veeeeery small. Also it was hard to keep the bathroom dry, because it has very small window. Very close to the street.

The host is very kind, helpful and always available. In the restaurant operated by him, we ate excellent food at a fair price in a pleasent environment. Location is excellent, the apartment was nice and clean with a great sea view. Trogir center is 10 min by walk.
Our apartment only had air conditioning in the living room, not in the bedrooms.

Location was nice and the apartment was comfortable. Beds are comfortable and overall cleanliness was good. Supermarket and beach very close.
Jacuzzi is nice but there is not much privacy if the guests in next apartment are on their patio as well :( For this reason we used it just once. Some kind of privacy screen/fence would have been nice. Some small faults in cleanliness, such as dirty toothbrush cup and electric kettle.

Very kind owners.
Work is currently underway on the road from Trogir to the accommodation. The municipality has chosen the wrong time for the construction work.
Of course, this is not the fault of the accommodation.

Lovely stay, lovely hosts, numerous amenities offered. The apartment was perfectly clean. It is located in the nearby of shops, beaches, historical city, anything can be reached by walk. The view from the balcony is wow. You may also have access to their spa center (outdoor/indoor jacuzzi, sauna). It offers parking and I could not ask for anything more.

We loved the location and the fact that the balcony has a breathtaking view. The rooms was clean, cosy and I had a comfortable and smooth sleep. The owner is super welcoming, the neighbourgood is quite. They also own a restaurant which is superb.

Nice views from apartment, big comfortable beds.
The kitchen was not equipped well, there wasn't a kettle and a pan, was hard to cook anything.

Nice stuff, clean rooms.
I dont reccomend this area until watersuply construction is finished, 2023 I think. Everything is covered with dust and simple walk to the grocery shop is an adventure. Owner should warn guests about that during reservation.

The location was amazing - a short walk into Trogir, or from a beautiful locals beach. The outdoor hot tub had an amazing view of the sunset and the stars too.

Fantastic accommodation for families and groups of friends as well. A friendly, always attentive host who also runs the best fish and grill restaurant in the area. I recommend it to everyone!

The location of the apartment was great, it was a short walk to the beach, to the supermarket and to the centre ofTrogir. The food served in the restaurant owned by the owners of the apartment was superb. So good I visited twice. Astro couldn't have done enough to help. The hot tub and views from the ground floor were excellent

The position is 15 minutes walking to the city centre. Big spaces in apartments. Nice garden and view. Very good parking spot if you have the car.
The apartment was barely clean. We thought it was a 4 stars apartment but it was a 3 stars instead. Old style apartment, with no microwave or kettle. We found dirty cutleries, pans and hobs. The tv cables with decoder were hanging from the wall, dangerous if you have small kids wandering about.

The property appears well located away from the peak of busy-ness of Trogir, and has some off-street parking, though this is tight for larger vehicles
There is one air conditioning unit in the kitchen; the rest of the apartment relies on windows only so in the height of summer is warm. The beds were firm, whilst the chairs at the kitchen table seemed tired / likely to give way soon

The location was absolutely fantastic! and the view from the balcony is like nothing I've seen. We had a pet with us and the host was accommodating.
We found the apartment slightly dirty ( balcony areas ) and some of the things could use a little maintenance work( bathroom handle, windows, sockets ) etc.
