Location and room

The location was incredible, clean rooms and a high end hotel. The concierge and doorman was really nice and friendly.

The service was not very great. The TV was not functioning, the room service night menu is not very appetizing and the staff were a bit stressed. I think they are understaffed.

All was perfect Starting with the spacious room, the comfortable bed and pillows, the friendly staff and the breakfast

Понравилось абсолютно всё отличный отель, прекрасный дизайн,подушки и остальное , что с ними связано, выше всяких похвал. Рекомендую, думаю, что останетесь довольны. Завтраки, обеды и ужины, на высоком уровне. Пришлось попробовать почти все блюда из меню….вкусно, качественно и красиво :) (так как в это время был «локдаун», и во Франкфурте практически все магазины и рестораны закрыты )

Not enough restaurants, bar hours

Great staff, spa and location ! Wonderful way to break up a trip .

We couldn't figure out some of the things in the room and since we couldn't figure out the phone the first day we couldn't call for help. Tricky getting back in from spa to hotel .

Nice facility, convenient location, just a foot walk distance to enjoy shopping. Staffs were all helpful.

The best hotel in Frankfurt. Great service and great location.

As usual here, check in and check out takes too long.

Location excellent. Room comfortable and well equipped. Food at breakfast was good - buffet breakfast. Bar staff were attentive yet unobtrusive.

Restaurant staff did not seem to be aware of guests who were looking for some help or had a question. Service slow. I expected more from a five star hotel.

Everything except the pool. Looked like a work in progress. Dark and in the basement. Everything else exceptional! Beautiful hotel and super nice staff!

1) You can’t stream or mirror your Apple iPhone with TV 2) No YouTube or Netflix via TV 3) Uncomfortable sofa! 4) Bad old TV stand and really un useful!

Couldn’t get many TV channels. Ax wasn’t cool enough.

Everything was perfect. Very good hotel, location is one of the best. Personal was very polite and friendly. Sebastian was so good and helped us too much.

Got scared Somebody opened my room door and go in my room 2 times in the morning time. One was around 7.00am. One was around 9.00am. I really got scared I can not image how it was happen in a 5 star hotel.i didn’t ask any housekeeping or room service. And somebody just open the door with mater key without knock my door. When I complain to the front desk they just said will check and did nothing even say sorry. This is really bad experience with this hotel will not come back again. This can’t be happen in any hotel especially you are 5 star hotel.
