Perfect house for our short stay in Sebastian. Plenty of room for two couples, very private with beds and baths at opposite ends of the house. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware and cookware. Enjoyed the screened in patio. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the morning walks. Very easy to book and easy to follow check-in procedure. Thank you Hilda for a carefree mini vacation.

This was the first vrbo iv stayed at, it met our expectations by far! It felt homey! Had everything you needed for a great vacation. The house is beautiful, the area is nice, safe, friendly! Definitely hope to stay again! It made our vacation amazing!

I rented this property for a week through Easter and loved everything about it. My 2 preschool grandsons had plenty of room to spread out and play and we loved having lots of choices for kids shows when they needed downtime after a busy day playing at the beach. The owner was quickly responsive (fixed in 30 mins.) to a problem with the toilet, kitchen was well appointed and the washer & dryer came in handy after a weekly stay. Location was convenient to beaches and grocery stores and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We will be back!

Spacious house with one car garage in quiet residential neighborhood. Good internet and cable TV service. Primary bedroom mattress is comfortable, second bedroom mattress uncomfortable. Location to restaurants, etc a plus.

This home was perfect for our holiday trip. It was a great set-up for my husband, me, my mother, and our 3 small dogs. There is a bedroom and bath on opposite sides of the house, and the furnishings are pet-friendly. It has a nice yard, although it’s not fenced in. We have lived in Sebastian so we knew it was located conveniently between family in Vero Beach and Palm Bay. We had everything we needed, everything was very clean, and the host was super responsive. We loved the screened-in porch. Highly recommend!

I was in need of a place while I waited to purchase a house in the area. This house appealed to me as it was not too big, allowed pets and priced right for a longer stay. I had no issues while living there and enjoyed the location being close enough to the river to enjoy biking and some of the great restaurants. The owner was very responsive when I arrived early on my check-in date. She had the place ready earlier than necessary to accommodate me. I would recommend this house for both short and long term stays.

Just needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks before moving into another home. It was comfortable and allowed our dog and cat. My husband works from home, so we used the second bedroom for his office. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and close to anything you might need. The screened in porch was a nice benefit. It was avery pleasant stay.

2nd stay. Ms. Hilda gracious as always. Some upgrades since last stay, bathroom lighting, luggage stands and fans. Great wifi, 21st century TV's play your content. Quiet, comfortable and only thing that would be nice would shade for rear door. We will try to visit again.

Not a resort area, but safe, house was recently remodeled, very clean, and extremely well equipped. Great bathrooms, plenty of towels and hot water, great kitchen. Charcoal grill needed a good scrubbing before use, and wish they had ESPN on cable, but otherwise the 2 weeks was very fine.....no problems at all.

Quiet neighborhood, good for working from home (after I spend the morning at the beach, of course). House is clean and comfy.

This trip was the second time we stayed at this location and we were very pleased with the entire process. The house was very clean and perfectly set up for our family of 4. All of the amenities made this house the right fit for our family. The garage is a bonus and the washer/dryer came in handy for a family with little boys. The owners could not be nicer and it shows through their rental property. Thanks so much for such a great rental-we can not wait to return!

The house was perfect for my husband and myself for out 2 month stay. It felt like a home. There was everything you needed and very close to the beaches. It also has a large 65” tv in the living room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

After returning from our vacation, we miss the house already! We recommend and will rent again! The home was clean, reasonably priced, had Wi-Fi, was updated, had a washer and dryer, landscaping was kept up and the home was well set up with everything you would need including dishes, glasses, pots/pans, Tupperware and spices to cook with. It seems like people leave what they can’t take with them. We loved the setup of the two master bedrooms, one on each end of the house, each with their own full tiled, pebble stone floored shower with a spa like feel. The kitchen had wood cabinets with black granite counters. The living area had two comfortable couches, a large 65 inch flat screen TV, an office area, perfect if you must work using your laptop and a eat in area table. The back screened in porch was equipped with a patio table and chairs, perfect for playing a game, (some board games and cards in desk), in the evenings. The only thing I would recommend is a drying rack on the porch for bathing suits and towels. The garage was large and contained a grill with charcoal and to our surprise had fishing poles! We left beach toys for the next renter. Ms. Hilda, the owner was there for us for anything we needed, she quickly responded to a TV issue we had bringing us a bigger NEW TV! The neighborhood was quiet and safe with beautiful homes; we went on walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. The home is 1.5 miles to RiverView Park on the Indian River; there you will find a playground, picnic tables, tennis court, walking trail and Mulligans Restaurant. Also, the home is 10 minutes to Wabasso Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. In all, we had a perfect time, feel comfortable in renting this home you won’t be disappointed.

This was a nice home in a very nice neighborhood. It was close to the Indian River Boat Launch with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay here.

While in the process of moving from Wi. to Fl. we needed a place to decompress. This home is a wonderful spot to get away from stress and anxiety. Excellent beds, wonderful showers, and a great quiet neighborhood. The listing doesn't do it justice!
