Beautiful setting and convenient location to downtown Breckenridge. I will definitely stay there again.

Overall the house was pretty good. We had 13 people stay in the house and we had plenty of room. There were plenty of dishes to accommodate our group for a full Christmas dinner. The double oven and the extra oven in the apartment came in handy. Now for the bad. All the beds in the house are incredibly uncomfortable. We bought a mattress topper for the master for $150 just so we could try to get a good nights sleep. When we pulled the sheets back to put it on we noticed the bed was disgusting. Lots of stains on it. We left the mattress topper. Hopefully someone else will get some use out of it. The furnace and dryer both had issues while we were there. The host got maintenance out pretty quick to fix the furnace and dryer. The furnace was fixed immediately but the dryer continued to have issues throughout our stay. With a group of this size I would probably stay here again but for the money spent there definitely should be some improvements made.

Lance was the absolute best. This home has the most beautiful view. I will definitely be back . Everything was beautiful.

We gathered here with our children and grandchildren for a summer vacation. The location of this home was lovely. We especially enjoyed the mountain views and easy walk to downtown Breckenridge. We have never been to Colorado in the summer, but will definitely be back. The weather was absolutely wonderful! A few notes about the house: we comfortably slept 18 people with spouses and grand babies included. The rooms are really quiet. That was a plus! We very much enjoyed cool evenings in the hot tub. In the mornings and evenings we saw wildlife right next to the house such as a fox, and deer. While there were many kitchen gadgets provided that were nice, there were also some really basic things missing like kitchen towels, rags, pot holders, and a can opener. We contacted Lance who had maintenance drop off some items, but alas the pot holders were still forgotten (we had not noticed the missing can opener when we requested these items). The owners might want to be sure these basic items are replaced. We made do with what was provided. Also there is some upkeep that needs attention: there were several outlets not working, a couple of sinks that need the stopper fixed and the step down into the den was a little hazardous and could use some sort of warning strip. We had several people miss that step entirely and stumble, but there were no serious falls. This might be a more serious issue with elderly people. Also, although we inquired about infant products available to be used in the home, we were told we would need to rent what we needed. When we arrived at the house we discovered 2 port-a-cribs, a high chair, and a few other items. Unfortunately we had already rented these items. It would have been nice to have saved that $180! Finally, the cleanliness of the home was less than satisfactory. Window sills had lots of dust, pillows were old and needed to be replaced, sheets that were on the beds were stained and not something I would continue to use. Over all we had a delightful stay, but wanted to mention issues that need attention. I'm aware that the reason for the high cost of renting in this area is due to the location, but for the money we spent I expected things to be a bit nicer.

Great place for a large family vacation. (6 adult children and 4 grand kids). Great sleeping accommodations for all. great location. We had an awesome week.

We had a mini family reunion and the house was great. And Breck is a fantastic town. We are already talking about going back next summer!

Lance was amazing with all his promptness to our questions. The place was absolutely beautiful spectacular and we went hiking and enjoyed the porch and enjoyed our family who came in from Missouri and Texas and Oklahoma it was a blast and we would go back again. It’s slept everybody super comfortably and we had 16 people

This was the perfect vacation home for our three families. Enough rooms for all parents to have their own room with bath and a fun room with bunk beds for all the kids to share! Amazing kitchen and living area to hang out and play games and warm up by the fire after a long day skiing. Loved the privacy of the home and the gorgeous location. Kids especially enjoyed having “Carl” the fox visit each night. The hot tub was also a nice treat at the end of a long day!

The property was very accommodating for our family of 13. The location was excellent for everything downtown we wanted to do. Highly recommend to any large group.

The house was the perfect size for our weekend on the slopes. Checkin was easy and convenient. The driveway was difficult to get up if you don’t have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. Overall the house was perfect and had all the things we needed.

The house is a great space for families to gather. We played cards at both of the tables. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and hot tub. The fireplace in the living room kept the main floor very warm and cozy. Nice to have a second fridge in the apartment space and the wine fridge for beverages. Lance wAs great to deal with and very responsive. Thanks for a great family get away.

The kitchen was large with sitting for 18 people. Few questions we had were answered promptly. Loved hot tub! Beds comfy!

We had an amazing stay. It was perfect for celebrating my sister's birthday. The main area was perfect for hosting a big crowd. The host was very accommodating and great with communication. I would highly recommend!

Property was clean and very accommodating for 12 family members. I wish we knew about the steep driveway which was hard to maneuver a rear wheel drive large van with the snow. Other than that it was a great experience.

All the mattresses on the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the new stackable washer, dryer & dishwasher. The kitchen appliances were top notch and there was plenty of silverware, plates, etc.The owner/property manager was very responsive.

We had the max number of people staying here and it was seamless. Everything was beautiful and the house is so comfortable! Lance was very quick to respond to anything we needed!

We had an extremely comfortable stay at Lance’s cabin. I would highly recommend as it was the perfect home to relax in after an exhausting day of skiing and snowboarding. The kitchen was the perfect size as there were 2 groups preparing 2 different dinners. I would recommend coming prepared with trash bags, but other than that, Lance’s home has everything.

This house is perfect for a big group. It was very clean and had everything we wanted/needed. We had 5 families and had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked - better than any other home we've rented in the past. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening! It was also nice to have a grill that was in good shape and worked properly (something we've found other houses we've rented didn't provide). It was so close to town, just a few minutes to the slopes. The house has plenty of storage and parking. Lance was great to work with. Quick communication and very helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a large group and had plenty of space. I wish the living room was a little larger, we had to move kitchen chairs for everyone to be able to have a seat. The only lighting in the living room is lamps so dark if you wanted to do anything besides watch tv. The kitchen is a great size for multiple people to be cooking, only thing we missed having was a griddle. The kids loved the hill in the back yard for sledding!!! Overall, the place was clean but several of the rooms had sheets that were dirty upon arrival. Great location to downtown Breckenridge!

The house and property were amazing! I highly recommend this home if you are going to Breckenridge. Plenty of space, great communication form the owner, excellent location! The house stayed warm, it was well maintained, and someone came by every day to clear out the snow around the house. The only feedback I have is that the floors in the kitchen need to be repaired, along with a need for a new coffee pot. Also, the bunkbed description is a little confusing - there are 6 beds that are bunked, not 6 bunkbeds (which would be 12 beds). Other than those extremely minor things, the entire experience was amazing. No true complaints to be made. This is a highly recommended property for any large group. There were 13 of us who stayed, and everyone was very impressed by the amenities and beauty of the home. There are pristine views from every room, comfortable beds, and immediate hot water which was very needed in the 5 degree weather. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home!

House was as described, plenty of off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. kitchen and family room had plenty of seating for large groups. plenty of bedrooms !

Worked out perfect. We had a golf tournament In Breckenridge and this was a perfect location to stay.

Such a beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and four of them have their own bathroom. The downstairs has a bunk bed room with a bathroom and then a pull out couch room that is all glass windows that is awesome! The place was stocked with almost everything you need - only thing was there wasn’t much toilet paper so we should have prepared for that. Also the driveway was a bit of a hassle, unless you have four wheel drive it becomes very difficult to get around town. All in all we would definitely come back and lance was so easy to work with, was very easy to get a hold of and answered all questions we had! Highly recommend!

I booked this for a work retreat and it was perfect. We had plenty of space and it was better in real life than the pictures online.

With a guest list of 22 for our reunion, this wonderful spacious home was perfect for our entertaining our eight families. The large well-stocked kitchen, dining area with two large tables and seating for 21, and adjacent family room enabled us to spread out and accommodate everyone. Six of the littles (ages 4 through 10) especially enjoyed sharing the bunk bed room, and all four of our families who were staying overnight had plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. The location was perfect for our comings and going in and around Breck. and the nearby hiking trails were convenient and invigorating. Oh, and the hot tub and grill were appreciated, too. Parking was plentiful. Renting was easy, and the owner very responsive to questions. We’d do it again if we ever decide to again convene in Breckenridge.

This house was great for our large family. The bedroom with 6 bunk beds was fun for the kids, as well as the foosball table and large hot tub. Only one hot tub, not two. The spacious kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot of delicious meals. The deck with beautiful view of the mountains, the roomy fire pit, the “teepee” on the hill, the grill, hot tub, and neighborhood foxes kept all of us busy in the great outdoors of our own property! We enjoyed the privacy yet proximity to town. Some of the family were not crazy about their mattresses, but that was the only real complaint. I’ve stayed in fancier homes, but this was a really nice home for a fun Colorado vacation! Definitely recommended!!

Our family of 8 adults and 7 children ages 3 to 10 had a wonderful time in this spacious and comfortable house! The 6 older kids were thrilled with the bunk room with two triple-decker bunks and switched places with each other throughout the stay. The two dining tables made having meals together so easy and pleasant. The adult bedrooms and baths were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, and the sun room in the apartment became a hangout for the children to listen to music and do art projects. The kitchen was easy to navigate with a fantastic dishwasher and large refrigerator. We grilled on the deck several times. Almost every day we hiked up into the woods behind the house--a delightful activity we could all enjoy together! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a space to have 15 people together. It was perfect for us!

It worked great for our family reunion. Will definitely try to stay again next time!
