Villa aside from the main roads. Quite and cozy place. Private clean water pool. Everything was great

I recently stayed at this wonderful property that exceeded all of my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location of the property was ideal, only 10 minutes away from the city centre which was convenient for exploring and trying out the local cuisine. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating the hosts were when we arrived at an ungodly hour. They had gone out of their way to pick up food and drinks for us, which was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Additionally, the hosts also arranged for a reliable taxi contact for our airport pick-up, which was very helpful and gave us peace of mind during our travels. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay with helpful and responsive hosts.

Good size villa with large open plan living accomadation Well furnished and comfortable. Newly fitted shade to the side of the property was essential and this area we used a great deal, due to temperatures in the mid 30s.

The swimming pool was missing the steps, which made it difficult for the ladies to enter or exit the pool. New steps were fitted on the day we left the property. On arrival the host met us to hand over keys and take deposit, however her English and Greek was very poor. The TV system would not work at all. After a phone call, the host came around, same day, with a TV engineer and set it up; apparently remotes were missing. The TV relies on broadband for every channel but the broadband was very week making it difficult to watch anything. The fridge was set too cold and unalterable, which resulted in our food becoming frozen. Apparently the host knew about this but had not had it fixed. Paintwork needs to be refreshed both inside and outside the property; very poor first impression.

Only good thing of the villa was just the location!

No actions were taken when host said that issue will be fixed. Air conditioning was not performing from day 1 of our stay. Host was informed same day and promised to send someone to fix it but unfortunately after two days no one came. The worst part was that in the room a baby was sleeping! Next day there was no sun to warm up the water therefore there was no hot water to have a shower. Hot water switch was locked and unaccessible. This was Communicated to the host and response was to leave water to run for a while as there was a bit of sun. We felt that response was a joke and laughed as it was cloudy and after several attempts to leave water running before communicating this to the host she came back with a nonsense reply. Again, no one was sent to unlock the hot water switch and we ended up bathing with cold water! Water in the pool upon arrival was foggy, pool was not clean at all. Ended up not using the pool as much as we wanted. Also pool was small for 6 people. Condition of the house was okay. It needs interior/ exterior repainting and some walls need fixing. Parasol was broken and therefore could not use it to seat outdoors. There is no garden and hence no privacy at all. The house is surrounded by concrete hence no trees or any green or fencing to isolate you from the surrounding houses and give you a bit of a privacy. Host on checkout and generally, english very poor hence communication was terrible. No flexibility on checkout what so ever (20-30ms). Hospitality of the host was poor too

When plans were changed, due to another incoming guest, customer service jumped to another level! She did everything to find us a place for our bags so we can enjoy the city. A half get thanks to Kat for this.

Should have rented a car, it is kinda far from everything.

Amazing accommodation. Clean and easy to contact! Would recommend. Only with a car as it is slightly out from public transport!

It could do with a fence around the pool so some hedges.

A nice and quiet neighborhood, the house was clean on the inside but outside needs some updates..

The woman that welcomed us was rude, I don’t know if its because she “couldn’t” speak english (although when she was willing to speak to us she spoke very well). Also on Friday evening she came without giving us a notice, she came in the house without even asking us if she could come, just to check on the pool water hose (she forgot to turn it off when she left but we did it anyway). And on Monday morning we found the water hose in the pool which means that she came while we we’re sleeping. When you rent a property you decide who comes and who leaves and even if it’s the owner of the house, he/she doesn’t have the right to get inside the house without your permission!
