We had a group of 6 adults, and all fit perfectly in the condo. We were in town for Sundance and took advantage of the easy bus stop and walking distance to the theaters we had movies at. The condo was well stocked, with easy parking and we had great directions/communication around everything. We would love to stay here again for future Sundnace Film Festivals.

The property was excellent! We had cable connection issues but the overall stay was as advertised. I would recommend for sure.

The property manager is extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. She even provided recommendations that our family enjoyed. Uber worked out great for us to get to and from the airport. Then the shuttle bus (MyStop App) is an easy way to get downtown. The condo is extremely clean and spacious. It was more than enough room for our family of four. There is another condo being built right outside the sliding door / balcony, but you can still see some of the mountain. Walking to the base of the mountain is uphill. So I’d recommend catching the shuttle bus, especially if you have your ski boots on. We rented from Ski N See and stored the skis overnight (they don’t store poles or boots). Great service and conveniently located at the base of the mountain. It’s also less expensive than renting through Epic when buying our lift tickets. Grocery store is a short walk. We carried emptied backpacks to fill them for our walk back. There is also a 7/11 and a Starbucks just across the street. The hot tub is just across the sidewalk and located at the next building. We were worried it may be overcrowded but no one else used it while we were in it. My only recommendation would be to replace the queen bed with a king bed in the master bedroom. All in all, we loved staying at this condo and the responsiveness by the property manager. We will be staying here again!!

The condo had everything we needed! It was in walking distance to the slopes, it had a rack in the entry way to hold your skis and boots, the free bus to Main Street was right in front of the complex, it was close to the grocery and liquor store, the fire place provided extra warmth and coziness. There wasn’t a lot of parking if you had a rental car, but we had no trouble getting a spot. I don’t have any complaints. Just one suggestion…and it’s minor, we could have used a tray for our Charcuterie and appetizers we made. But made due by using the cutting board in place of a tray. In the end the condo was everything we were looking for in our stay.

Condo was well stocked and clean. Great location. Only negative was no air conditioning in condo. This is something I overlooked by just assuming but there were fans in every bedroom. Condo has been remodeled and is great! Would definItly recommend and will stay again!

This property was great for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was ideal for everything Park City has to offer. We were able to walk to Park City Mountain and Main St or take the free bus system. On-site parking was plentiful. The amenities inside the apartment were clean and as listed in the ad. Our kids were excited to find the games in the closet! We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to Park City.

Couple plus young child visited. Condo is very clean and kitchen well stocked. Location is very close to base of PC mountain and there is plenty of parking on site. Beds could be more comfortable (master queen and bunk beds; queen BR 2 has newer, more comfortable bed) and bathrooms are small. But plenty of living space (lots of board games and puzzles) and overall great value for the money. Easy checkin and check out process. Deb was responsive, albeit we didn’t need her much!

Unit is just a very short walk to Park City lifts and has been recently updated. Kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of room for 6 people. Park City bus stop just in front of building makes it very easy to get around. Short walk to grocery store. Didn’t use the building amenities (such as hot tub) so can’t comment on them. Check-in and check-out was super easy.

Fantastic Property!! Bus/shuttle stop is literally right out the front door so access to and from Park City mountain couldn’t of been any easier. Property was clean and updated and perfect for our party of 5. Deb was super responsive and helpful as well. 5 star! Highly recommend

This condo is amazing. It was clean, cozy, and stocked with essentials. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the mountain which is perfect, and the Park City bus stop is right outside. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient and no car needed for the entire stay. Shuttle from SLC to the condo. Walking distance to grocery store, town bus stops right out front and will take you to town or to the front steps of PCMR. Deb's recommendations for ski rentals worked out great and we were able to store skis at the mountain so that we didn't have to carry anything but our boots to and from the mountain. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prep meals which was helpful with 2 kids. Highly recommend staying here!

This lodging option served our family of 5 well (Dad, Mom, and 3 sons: 21, 18, 14). Plenty of room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen. Prompt replies with manager. 7-10 minute walk to slopes. We rented a car, but bus stop is right across from property. Traffic was brutal the week between Christmas and New Years (nothing to do with this property). I would definitely recommend this listing. My only suggestions would be a lamp or two in the family room as well as blinds in the family room. Should we vacation in Park City again, I would stay here again.

I stayed here for a little over 2 months and was able to walk to everything I needed. Coffee ☕️ Tacos 🌮 Groceries and many restaurants! The neighbors were amazing and almost every night had the hot tub to myself. I will definitely be back! Thank you for allowing me to stay at your wonderful place!

Deb was an excellent host, with clear prompt communication both before and during my stay. The property is a large, modern 3 bedroom condo convenient to Park City Mountain Resort and shopping, with Main Street only a 15 minute walk. The property was well appointed, with all necessary amenities, and a large living room. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay here.

Great location. Uber from the airport, no need for a car. The shuttle bus stopped right outside the door. ( to PC , Canyons , Deer Valley and Main Street. Hot tub was very close. Clean, well equipped. Hope to return!

Great location with short walk to slopes and free public transportation in front of the building. Had little issue with cleaning company, but resolved with owner who was very responsive. Visited with kids and family and everyone enjoyed the experience.

This place was perfect for our ski trip to Park City. The rooms were all very roomy, the kitchen and living room were the perfect size, and the being so close to downtown Park City was great. There was plenty of parking spots at the condo during our trip, and having the bus stop so close was great even though we did walk to downtown one of the nights which wasn't far at all. Overall this place was a phenomenal value and I'd highly recommend it!

The condo at 414 Silvertown was absolutely perfect for our family! The unit was clean and well appointed. You can walk to lifts at Park City mountain or take the free Park City bus service to Canyons or Deer Valley. The unit is also a very short ride to downtown Park City. When our flight out of SLC was cancelled, Deb was quick to respond and able to accommodate our request to extend our stay. Communication was great! Wish we could have stayed even longer. Thanks Deb!!!!

This place was awesome, super clean, close to everything. The bus stop to Main St is right in front so made getting into the city easy. Great place to stay. Will be back

Location and condo were perfect for our group. Close to everything and we love the condominium building.

I stayed here with my family for a short ski vacation. The location is perfect, as we had easy access to town and mountains. The house was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Public transit literally stopped right in front of the condo, if we wanted a quick ride straight to town. Would stay here again!

The condo was walking distance to Park City Resort. It was also clean and fit the four adults very well. We would consider the property again in the future.

Overall, the property met all expectations to a T as described on line. Clean, modern, up to date and location was perfect for our family. But...I do want to give SUPER KUDOS to our host Deb. The pandemic events were beginning to unfold the night before our trip, after reviewing all the known information at the time, we optimistically elected to make the trip; however, the course of events quickly unfolded in the next 48 hours and we returned home. Our host Deb stayed in constant contact with us daily. She worked with me and VRBO every step along the way. Great communication is the #1 asset to have in order to deliver excellent Customer Service and Deb certainly demonstrated this going above and beyond what is typically expected. I truly wish I could give extra stars for this stay. Peace, God Bless and we'll return soon.

This is a beautiful condo in a convenient location. A bus stop is literally short steps from the door. Starbucks, Walgreens and grocery store in a 4 minute walk. Park City Mountain is just blocks away but much easier to take the bus. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. Very nice shower with fluffy towels. Master bedroom is very nice. Kitchen has everything you need.
