The location was perfect for my needs.
The outdoor sitting area was small but comfortable.

Very good central location to Kingscote. Good parking. Comfortable, secure and private. I would stay again, perfect for a short business trip.

The position of the studio apartment was excellent. It was very comfortable and the kitchenette was well set out. Comfortable chairs to sit in and a comfortable bed. The outdoor area, although small, was lovely to sit in to have breakfast and the garden plants were lovely. Supermarket just down the road.

It was a cute little apartment. does the job for a 3 night stay! good facilities, nice view and good location.
bed could’ve been a little more comfortable ( felt like you would fall off of near the edge). bathroom door could only be properly closed from the outside.

The property was in an excellent location, close to shops etc. Room was basic but had everything you required for a short stay. Good views from windows.

Great location in the centre of Kingscote and right by the supermarket.
No oil to use on the bbq or the electric fry pan. Pillows were terrible and need replacing. No day blinds on the windows so no privacy during the day. No box of tissues. Kept awake by mice during the night and I nearly stepped on a rat outside in the garden.

Garden was a bit over run and made it difficult to access path.

Very clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. Excellent value that’s perfect for a solo traveller or couple who just need somewhere to rest their heads in the evening, without the price tag of a full-sized holiday home. Also has an absolutely gorgeous garden.
Lack of privacy blinds was the only thing I would comment on, given that the main room doubles as the bedroom, and the windows are semi visible from the street.

The view from the apartment is lovely. It is located close to the Kingscote shopping area which is convenient.
The apartment was clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable.
There is minimal equipment for cooking and space for meal preparation is limited.
Pillows are soft and in need of replacement.

Great location in easy walk to everything. Cosy and comfortable .
Very small but quire adequate for a short stay.

The view and location were great. Although there was no oven/stove, there was a barbecue available, an electric frying pan, a kettle and a toaster. Grocery store 50 metres away. Great Wifi and television. Nice private driveway for parking vehicle.

Fresh and bright and located in a really good spot just up from the supermarket and the middle of town. Very petite but perfect for one person.
Definitely a short stay apartment. No washing machine or proper cooking facilities for example (although the microwave was very handy.) But ideal for a few days stay.
