Situé juste devant l'auberge de montagne, notre maison est nouvellement meublé avec tous les conforts de la maison, y compris une adhésion Wintergreen Resort. Juste .4 miles de l'auberge de montagne, vous serez à proximité de tous les équipements de la station.
Le premier étage dispose de deux chambres avec deux lits queen, 1 salle de bain complète, salle familiale avec foyer au gaz, salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée.
Le deuxième étage fournit la chambre principale (1 lit king), 1 salle de bains et un loft séparé salon donnant sur la salle familiale.
Le sous-sol offre et la salle familiale supplémentaire, deux chambres (une avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux) et une salle de bain complète.
Dehors, il ya un 600 pieds carrés. Enrouler autour terrasse avec barbecue au gaz.

We had a tremendous stay at this home during a packed holiday weekend at Wintergreen. The house had a perfect layout for our extended family group. The bottom level was perfect for the kids with two bedrooms; one with four bunk beds and one with two twins. There is a separate living room on this level with a large sectional and TV/game console setup. The hockey game was a huge hit. On the main floor, the kitchen was well equipped and the family room had plenty of space for all. The beds were very comfortable and our whole group enjoyed the stay. The location was great. While it was possible to get to the Mountain Inn by walking, the priority parking provided made it extremely easy to get the whole family and all of our ski gear to and from the mountain. The home was very clean and inviting for our group. The host provided clear communication and detailed instructions on everything about the home. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying here again the next time we are in Wintergreen.

This house was more than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, room enough for the adults and kids. The older kids loved the lower living area.
I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall, this was a great property. Good location, great 3 floor layout for multiple families. Loved the kids' floor and living room, which allowed for adult space on the main level. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Comfortable beds. Some notable negatives - the ice maker and air hockey table were broken, the latter of which was highlighted in the listing and so was rather disappointing for the kids in our group, and there were mouse droppings in some of the cabinets, which is never appealing near your utensils. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and with a bit more maintenance, could be even better.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and new the house felt when we arrived. It's a perfect space for multiple families with kids. Everything we needed was there for cooking meals and entertainment. The house has plenty of space for everyone to relax and has a great layout with the downstairs entertainment area. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful with a fireplace question, and followed up to make sure we were all set. Location is great and an easy walk to the Inn. Fantastic stay and we are looking forward to staying here again!

Wintergreen is Thanksgiving for our family. Our family, 6 adults & 5 teenagers, travel from different states to Wintergreen for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving together in Mike’s Wintergreen home. Mike was great in answering questions and a genius for having an “old school” bubble hockey arcade game on site!!! It took just a few games for my kids to figure out the in’s and out’s before they started winning against me :) The layout of the house was perfect! Kids downstairs with lots of space, adults on the main floor with a master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen had everything needed for a FULL Thanksgiving meal. After eating, a hiking trail was accessible down the street from the house. The house is an easy walk to the lodge and on a nice street with some neighbors. A big thank you to Mike for opening his home and we hope others enjoy time there as our family did during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

My wife and I planned a vacation with our three children and our family friends for a holiday weekend at Wintergreen. A winter storm made our friends wary, but our family was undeterred and had a wonderful time. The amount of snow made for an interesting weekend, but the property was perfect. We hope to return for another trip soon.

Wonderful visit with quick access to hiking trail, skiing and all the accommodations. House was immaculate, big enough for 12 yet warm and cozy. Perfect vacation.

Wintergreen is a great location for our family vacations. It’s a midway point between PA and SC. This was our first VRBO experience but we have rented in the resort for the last few years. The house was a perfect fit for two families. It is well maintained, clean, well stocked. Mike (property owner) was very helpful and fast to respond. We did every activity summer activity- the “Plunge” was awesome. The resort made many improvements since our last stay that were all very positive for families. I would definitely rent again.

This was our third time renting this property and continues to be great. We have a mix of ages from 3 to adults and it’s perfect for everyone. The house is well stocked with everything you can think of and the owner is extremely responsive.

Well equipped house. Plenty of room for 3 generations. Kids loved the checkers table, hockey game and movies. Very clean and we would love to rent it again. 2 doors down from our son’s permanent house, so great location for us!

We had a great weekend in Wintergreen! The property was clean, well appointed and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Everyone loved the bubble hockey table and the kids had their own floor to hang out. Plenty of space for both families and great location - close to everything - but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely go back!

Mike has a beautiful place. Our interaction with him was pleasant and we were pretty comfortable in the place. We found the place to be better than we had expected. Overall, it was a great experience.

Enjoyed the location and the house. The owner showed up twice during the 3 day visit. Once by calling ahead (that was fine), second time by just showing up (that was awkward) and walking in. All in all, a great stay.

Everything was as described in details of unit. Nice and convenient to ski lodge and market. Kids enjoys hockey game. Would recommend. Only thing missing is an outdoor hot tub for huge patio.

This house was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy a weekend of skiing. The house is beautiful and the lower level was perfect for the teenage boys. The house was well stocked and location was excellent. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
