Ce condo au premier étage vous donne une vue directe sur la piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, et la piscine depuis le salon nouvellement décorées. Avec un grand balcon privé en bord de mer, cuisine entièrement équipée, logement de sommeil pour six, Multiple, de jeux, de livres et de divertissement TV Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size confortable avec salle de bains et un accès direct sur le balcon. La deuxième chambre comprend deux lits jumeaux, et est juste à côté de la deuxième salle de bains. Il y a une reine nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon, de grands canapés confortables, une salle à manger pour tous, et le centre de divertissement complet. Le balcon a des sièges pour quatre, et donne une vue imprenable sur le golfe et les couchers de soleil de classe mondiale.

Condo was just as described. Oceanfront and balcony overlooked the pool. I could sit outside and keep an eye on my teenagers swimming in the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. The best part for us was the large table and chairs on the balcony. We had most of our meals overlooking the ocean and could see the sunset from the balcony. This was our 2nd time renting this condo and will definitely be back in 2026.

Condo was better than we expected. Clean, well stocked and centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Management company very responsive and checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

We loved our stay - what a location! Beautiful sunset views, everything you need in the condo. Great to be on the first floor as all other tenants will agree - the elevator is super slow and often gets “stuck” on the 6th floor. Check in process and communication from owners easy and wonderful. We will return to the Sea Breeze!!

Our stay in the condo was awesome. Awesome location, beautiful interior...everything we could ask for in a rental condo on the beach. I highly recommend staying here, can't say enough about it. We have 3 kids....3 teenagers....and they loved it. Check in was easy....support from iTrip was superb....didn't have a problem our entire stay. 5-stars easy.

Great Location. Condo was well stocked.
I found dirty silverware in the drawer with dried food on them. Several of the coffee cups were also unwashed and in the cupboard.
Saw a cockroach in the master bathroom during the middle of the night.
The corner living room glass top coffee table had beverage rings and dust on it when we arrived.
The people staying in 207 the second week we were there were smoking on the deck. Unfortunately we were constantly smelling there smoke.

Wife and I have used ITrip for our February getaway for the last 9 years that I have been retired.I couldn’t be anymore pleased and satisfied with the treatment we have received from Liz and Charles over the years which brings us back. During the Covid year they went out of their way to accommodate us and if we’ve ever had a minor problem with a property they have the immediate resources to correct it. I highly recommend them and the property’s they manage.

Great place to stay. The location is close to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable. The view was the best. You are pretty much on the beach and you can touch the ocean from your living room. Highly would recommend this condo.

Fabulous location, spacious, and clean. Easy access to pool, hot tub, and beach. Got to watch the sunset from our balcony. Only complaint was poor water pressure in the showers, but I assume that's an issue throughout the building.

Loved waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves… peaceful and relaxing.
This condo has plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. Ample seating in the living room. Enjoyed having cable tv as my brothers wanted to catch all the sporting events over the holiday weekend.
Only issue was the comfort of the twin beds, one was out of alignment but figured that could be easily fixed.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit. The location was perfect as you can reach John’s Pass with a shirt 15 minute walk. I ended up walking over 5 miles round trip to see the Sanding Ovations sculptures in Treasure Island. Worth the hike!
Liked the long table on patio with chairs. It was my mother’s favorite spot to start the day.
We would definitely stay there again. In fact, if we didn’t have pans to visit Puerto Rico next Christmas, we would want to come back at the same time!
Madeira beach was a perfect starting spot to visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and the Tampa lighted boat parade.
Suggestions for future trips: May want to bring extra blankets as my brothers said the covers on the twin beds were not very thick. We did find the extra blankets in the master closet. Since there were four adults, we made it work.
Thanks for making our Christmas holidays memorable and enjoyable. Sure will miss those king walks on the beach.

Everything was perfect. We had a relaxed wonderful getaway. The kitchen was nicer than any we have stayed in. Also very well stocked. It didn’t even look like a typical rental kitchen Top notch.
It was chilly and windy the days we were there, but having a nice, roomy condo with a bay view that can’t be any better made the trip great. They also let us check in early with no hassles or extra charges. Thanks

I thought the facility, room and staff were all great. The staff was very responsive to my questions and really enjoyed being right there on the gulf for some beautiful sunsets.

This place was great. It was perfect for a getaway with 3 preteens and myself. The pool area was great the view and of course the short walk to the beach. Very roomy and had all the extras you would look for as well. Only 2 complaints, master shower pressure was very weak and the master tv was smaller than the other bedroom tv. I recommend switching those and should be good. Will stay here again as we live 50 min away and look for weekend getaways often.

We visited Madeira beach for a high school graduation trip. My two teens (16yo boy, 18yo girl) each brought a friend and we specifically picked this rental because of its location. We LOVED that they could get snacks from 7-11 across the street, walk to John’s Pass for shopping/food, and had the pool and beach easily accessible! The location was perfect!
We had a couple of minor issues with the rental and they were fixed very quickly. The smoke detector started making noises and within 5 min, we had someone over to check it out (we txted the number that we were given at check-in). It was hard wired and the detector went bad. He removed it, checked that we had other smoke detectors, and came back the next morning with a new one.
I wish there were more linens and blankets. We used the extra set for the pull-out bed but the rental was sparse on blankets. With the rental stating that it sleeps 6, I wish there were 6 beach towels, not 4. The top blankets in the bedrooms could also use a washing.
However, overall, the location was perfect, the rental was adequately clean, and it was a great trip!

The unit was exactly as described and we were able to get in an hour or so prior to check in time which was helpful. There were a few issues that the owner would have no control over. The building and balconies were being painted during our stay. This was inconvenient Due to the noise of the crane, as well as the fact that painters were routinely outside of our windows. Also, the proximity of the unit to the pool and hot tub was problematic in the evenings. Most nights there were people in the hot tub until midnight playing very loud music. On our first morning there a car of people drove into the parking lot and climb the fence taking a bath in the whirlpool pool. We did report this to , the property management company, but never received a follow up on this.
We would stay at the Sea Breeze again, however, not in this unit given the proximity to the hot tub and pool.
This unit was clean, well-kept, and exactly as shown in the ad.

We had such a wonderful time at Madeira Beach! And this property had THE BEST balcony view! Amenities were great and the property was extremely clean. They had cable, books and games galore, and beach towels/chairs were available too. 100% would visit and stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Very clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, a boogie board, and beach towels!! We loved the refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. Drying rack for towels and wet clothes came in handy along with iron/ironing board, and a blow dryer. Nice balcony furniture too! Large and comfy condo. Close walking to John's Pass.
