This home accommodated extended family very well. I do wish that we had been given a map of walking paths in the neighborhood and how to connect with Gearhart proper. Guidelines for hot tub use were given, however, no direction for how we ought to leave the property upon departure so we removed linens from beds and did one load of towels in the W & D. This home could use a deep cleaning. We all appreciated the home and were comfortable.

In Gearhart for a wedding and stayed here. Loved it. Lots of space and loved the King Beds in each room.

I love love love all the room this place has. I love that there was enough places for everyone to sit in one room. The rooms were very accommodating for 3 adult couples that want to have comfortable beds when they are away from home. The room for the kids was absolutely perfect for when the adults wanted alone from the kid rowdiness and bluey 24/7 lol. Would definitely consider booking this place again just need the dusting to be addressed and I was not super fond of wrestling a ping pong table when I wanted to park in the garage.

The house was perfect for all 7 of my family members and 3 pups. Our only wish for the house was better views of the ocean. We loved the short walk to the boardwalk and down to the beach and seeing all of the friendly neighbors. We can’t wait to return!

The location is fantastic, two minutes from Del Ray beach where you can drive right onto the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and home was very clean, peaceful vacation that the dogs could come on, which is rare.

There were so many games to play for our grandchildren ages 10 - 20. Lots of sand toys if you have younger kids. There were wagons to take firewood and folding chairs to the beach. The large kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, detergents. We were thrilled with this house, it's nearness to the beach, big yard for badminton, corn ball and other games. A wonderful place for family. Neighbors were very friendly. Good razor clamming on the beach.

This is a beautiful area & gated subdivision near the ocean & golf course. The house was fine, spacious, but we had so many issues. It was not clean & neither was the hot tub, that there are extra fees for. They refunded part of the cleaning fees but that wasn't enough to deal with hair in all beds & grass & dirt in the hot tub. I jad to vacuum since I stepped on a piece of glass on the kitchen rug. For some reason they had a chemical spraying yard person show up on our 1st full day there, we asked if this was safe for our dogs & it wasn't. So now we couldnt use the yard. Top that off with power outage about 8pm while cooking dinner. No flashlights available, 1 candle. Couldn't figure out firplace in the dark & no written instructions. Couldn't get into the hot tub w no power, it was out til the AM. Really let down by all of this.

It’s in a nice location, a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood.

Our teens loved the large bonus room for their space. We loved all the king beds— none of us are short. The round dining table sat 9 well. The hot tub for four was clean and appreciated. Ping pong table had lots of use. The walk to the beach is easy. This is a very good gathering spot for families.

We loved all the space in this house. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious.

I will start with the negatives to get those out of the way. The wall paper is out of date and peeling in places. There are significant water stains to the wallpaper. The electrical is kind of screwy as some of the lights/ceiling fan combos require switch AND remote input to use. The ceiling light in the master would randomly turn on in the early morning. It would also randomly turn off during use. Two wood burning fireplaces advertised, but there was no wood or matches provided. It would have been very nice to have that during this trip as the weather was cold, windy and super rainy - and the power went out for a bit. The hot tub water level was very low and I had to fill it with the house which delayed being able to use it. There was a sauna there as well, but the inside had standing water and there were many spiders and webs. Yes, these are small things. On to the positives, because they are many. House was a great size! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living spaces were comfortable and there was ample seating areas and space. There was a great amount of flatware for use in the kitchen. The kitchen was a great size. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and spent many hours out there. Though the weather did not cooperate, the grounds were very well maintained. Beach access for both vehicles AND pedestrians was very close by. The house is in a gated golf community which made it feel very safe and comfortable. Proximity to nearby Seaside and Astoria were great. Quick drives to either place. Other than the few things above, this place was fantastic and we will return again - Or at least to the community. A few updates to the home and this place would be a solid 5/5.

Great big space. Was perfect for the family. Kids loved the ping pong table and parents loved all the TVs and comfy couches. Nice short walk to the beach!

Most likely we will be booking again for next year. It was nice to have the space for everyone the kids enjoyed the big room upstairs and the adults loved down stairs. Plenty of room for 4 kids and 5 adults. This was our first time staying at any place like this. Definitely will make it a yearly tradition loved it and it's close to the beach and close to seaside.

This was a fantastic residence that was stocked with everything we needed for a few days of a getaway. The beds were comfortable, and all the furniture was well kept. There is access to the beach from the neighborhood, as well as for beach access by vehicle to the beach just outside the gated community.

Very roomy with everything we wanted, close to beach, hot tub, outdoor area with grill and well stocked kitchen.

This place is a great find! 10 min walk to the beach, sauna and hot tub, recently remodeled, and incredibly spacious. Beds are large and comfortable, kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook, and big living rooms on both ground floor and bonus upstairs. Only thing we didn’t love is the beach had a lot of cars driving on it, but you can always go a little further down to escape that.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Our extended family own properties in Gearhart and this was perfect retreat for the five of us in our immediate family along with our dogs. Nice private neighborhood and easy access to the beach trail. We would stay here again.

We had so much fun last year, we decided to take our kids back again this year. The house is perfect for housing all of us and the kids lived the ping pong table and hot tub! Thank you again for all of the wonderful memories! Merry Christmas!

We loved everything about this home! Gated community, upscale homes all around, quite, spacious, exceptionally clean and beds extremely comfortable. The home had everything we needed. Including, bedding, air mattresses, towels, blankets, kitchenware, etc.... In other words, don't pack anything extra! Most importantly, Elie was amazing! Very thoughtful about our needs. He provided me with personalized service that went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Vacasa / Gearhart Highland Classic!

The home exceeded all our expectations. While there is some normal rental wear and tear, overall the home was very comfortable and clean. It suited our group of teenagers well with a hot tub, ping pong table in the garage and a great room upstairs for a wonderful hang out space.The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking lots of meals. The beach is just a short walk and you are often lucky enough to get glimpses of the resident elk herd.The home was a wonderful place to getaway with a group, with lots of space for everyone to find their own nook. Our dog loved it too!Would definitely love to return!
