I have stayed ar many houses in Delray Beach and this is a great one. On historic Swinton Ave in a very quiet section. The house is very well maintaind and Jack was on top of his game communicating. The kitchen is loaded and they leave the extra drinks from previos renters! How cool. We did the same. The beds are comy the showers have power loads of towels beach abd bath. Three bikes and we loved our morning rides. The gas grill anywhere is never my favorite since i am a charcoal guy but it was clean and a full tank. The pool is fabrastic and the pool guy even came by to give an extra cleabing. The backyard is super private and we so enjoyed that. Thabk you again for a great vacation!

Great spot at a reasonable price. Short drive to the beach and downtown. Place was clean and owners provided nice amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. pool very nice and relaxing. Was worried somewhat about road noise but with the beautiful vegetation around the yard you could not hear any traffic.

An amazing house for a trip to visit family in Florida. The house was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Everything we needed was at the house and the pool just added to our fun and relaxation. Jack & Laurie were great hosts and made sure we got all the information we needed for our arrival and stay. We will certainly look for this house first for our next trip to the Boynton Beach/Delray area.

The home was perfect place for our visit. The pool was crystal clear and heated making it a favorite for everyone. The four bedrooms were perfect with two masters both with beautifully updated baths. The kitchen was modern and spacious. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and private. The Tiki hut was a great gathering spot with great night lighting as did the entire yard. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and look forward to visiting again. Jack was a thoroughly enjoyable host who was fun to chat with and very helpful on information to make our visit all the more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Everything is so close and easy to get too, home was super spacious and relaxing. We celebrated Thanksgiving when we were in the home and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our small dog and it was wonderful to have a gated back yard were he could just play. Teens loved all the different areas just to hang out (on there phones) Thank you Jack & Laurie we can't wait to come back

This little oasis was fantastic. The house was clean, roomy and very comfortable. All beds were super comfortable. We stayed during a very hot spell and temp inside the home was perfect to cool down. The house is stocked with all necessary beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, cooler, bikes! Everything you need is here. The outdoor area was our favorite. Nice pool and tiki bar which used daily! I text the home owners multiple times during our stay and they always got back to me quickly. We even were able to pick avocados/coconuts from the trees in the yard! FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend!

We loved the property and the home.. a great location, close to the beach, and downtown Delray on the Av where all the Restaurants, cafes and clubs... also our 2 little dogs loved the experience also.. a great backyard, pool and Tiki Hut... The Host were amazing wonderful people.. they get a 10 Star on a 1 to 5.. We can't wait to go back...

This is my favorite house so far. Very clean and modern. The privacy with fenced in yard and aligned with palm trees gives tropical resort feel. Pool is perfect, added touch is sitting in the tiki hut. Lots of things to do. Beach and food is awesome. Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our large family. The backyard with pool and expansive seating areas were great for those wanting sun or shade. Was so impressed that they even had a crib and high chair for our infant granddaughter. We were able to wheel the crib outside for naps under the tiki hut. Jacob was just a text away if needed - very attentive to our needs. Great memories!

The pictures were very accurate of the beautiful Swinton house. The rooms were well equipped with lots of space and amenities for the bathrooms. Extra blankets, towels etc. The backyard was an oasis. It was a tropical paradise and we enjoyed every minute of it. The owners were great to communicate with. Super responsive and communicative. We will definitely rent this house or another one of this owners properties again.

We loved our stay it this house. It was perfect location for all of my adult children and their significant others to gather. The location was great, the house was a nice open lay out and the pool and Tiki Hut were a wonderful place to gather at the end of the day. The managers were accessible and accommodating. We loved our stay! We could live in the private backyard - it was so beautiful with many chairs to lounge by the pool and an umbrella over the large table for outdoor dining. The house was very accommodating for the 8 of us during our visit to Delray Beach. Plenty of space and comfortable to gather outside by the pool, in the Tiki Hut or inside in the open living area. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities which included much of what we needed to go to the beach. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and a big cooler and beach bag & beach towels. Jack and Laurie were amazing and always extremely responsive. The house was close to Atlantic Blvd shopping, restaurants, and only a few minutes from the beach. We had a wonderful time with our large family and would love to visit again in the future! Highly recommend this vacation home!

This property was everything that we were looking for. The interior has a very large common area (just in case the weather doesn't cooperate) and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We lucked out and had 2 weeks of perfect weather so we made lots of use of the beautiful private oasis that is the backyard. The large pool was enjoyed by all and there were plenty of places to sit and absorb the sunshine. The tiki hut was a popular spot where you could escape the midday heat as well as being a great place to hang out in the morning and evening. Jack and Laurie were fantastic hosts and always responded quickly to any questions throughout the whole rental process. The property is an easy 20 minute walk to downtown and there are bicycles available if you want to ride. We also used a free ride service that is available in Delray Beach when we didn't feel like walking. All in all we had a fantastic stay and hope to return someday. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Lovely property. Over and above the cleanliness and generally well-appointed facilities, there were little extra touches, such as night-lights, that were much appreciated. Owner was readily available via text-message, and the entire experience was excellent.

Wonderful stay in Delray Beach
Thank you to Laurie and Jack for providing such a great home as a rental. So much room with everything you need. Jack met us when we arrived that first day to make sure we knew all about the house and the pool area. It was welcomed as it allowed us to know how to do the basic things if needed for the pool. The house itself is much larger than the pictures show with a very spacious main living room and plenty of places to sit. Each afternoon and evening we enjoyed sitting outside by the pool as the backyard is extremely private. I know there are neighbors but we never heard nor saw any of them. All in all a wonderful property with so much room for a large family and friends.

Absolutely AMAZING property, location and owners!
Home is modern and so well laid out - open floor plan with nice ceilings.
We had 6 adults and 3 children - Plenty of room for dining entertaining and then privacy at night.
Backyard with Weber grill, heated pool and tiki hut feels like a 5 star resort - so private. Every item thought about in advance -towels pool toys, etc.
Location is close to town and there is free golf cart service back and forth to town.
Jack the owner was waiting for us when we arrived to make sure all was seamless and to show us around. And there were several complimentary treats waiting for us when we arrived!
Delray has a ton to do for adults and children alike particularly around the holidays.
We would book here again ANYTIME! Thanks again Jack!!

Jack and Laurie was so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Property was clean and very spacious. Grandkids had a great time in the pool. Beach day was great as we didn’t have to worry anything. There was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas and even beach toys for the kids to use. Would totally stay there again.

Okay property that could be so much better. Heating/cooling zones and lighting switching are not user friendly. Owner said I might have trouble with the ice maker and I did. Repair or replace it. House could use books, games, etc. Needs minor maintenance repairs throughout to improve quality.

Perfect House for family
We were in DelRay to celebrate my mother in law’s 99th birthday! The layout of the house is perfect for privacy but also great for gathering and just hanging out with the family. We loved the Tiki Hut for cocktails and snacks. The house and pool were very clean and just as pictured. Jacob is a great host, he met us at the property and gave us a thorough tour and great ideas for restaurants. There are plenty of chairs and towels for the beach. We would definitely stay here again as it is a great location and easy house for family to gather!

The house was perfect for us. We were a multi-generational family (all adults) in Florida for a family wedding and the house was great. The bedrooms were comfortable, clean, and very private. The backyard, pool and tiki hut were used every day with great enjoyment. The owner met us when we arrived and answered all of our questions. There were numerous amenities and we were all very happy with this house. The location was the best: close to downtown Delray, the beach and 95. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing property! Great owners!
We absolutely loved our stay here at Swinton Rd. We brought our college volleyball team down to do mission work and play in a tournament and this fit our needs perfectly for the space and reasonable price. I highly recommend staying at the property and the owners were wonderful to deal with. Their communication was on point and working with them on the check-in process was very smooth and easy. I give my highest recommendation!
