Appartamento delizioso, molto spazioso e con tutti i comfort necessari. Host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in un'altro appartamento di appoggio in attesa dell'orario di check-in. Stanze pulite, cucina attrezzata e detersivi per lavatrice messi a disposizione. Chicca finale, una splendida vista sul porto e sul Monte Pico. Consigliatissima!

Perfectly located fully equipped apartment in the heart of Horta, great place to travel Faial from. Although it is located in the city, it is quite and beautiful.

Perfect location - you can reach all you need in Horta walking, appartment is well equiped and Paul was always helpful in case of any problem or question. The house has small garden and it is on quiet spot.
Basic equipment in the kitchen like salt, pepper and oil would be useful…

Paul the Host was unbelieveable helpful and firendly. I usually do not write recession, but because of Paul I do here. The place itself was good, some basic things in the kitchen are missing though. And unfortunally only one apartment has a perfect view to Pico, we only had half a view.

Situated above Port of Horta, the apartment has a grand front row view of Pico and the city below. The apartment is spacious, clean and bright with enough equipment and amenities for a comfortable long stay. The apartment is very close to the waterfront, and a nice park with swans, a farmers market, several small grocery stores, restaurants, the port and other attractions are all just within a few minute's walk. Paul is a very nice and friendly host and the information he sent of the recommended restaurants, shopping and places to visit was very helpful. Overall, we had a very memorable stay in Faial.
Although it is on a very steep street, flatter parking can be found on the streets just above the apartment.

The appartment was supreme! It has literally everything you would need in your stay. enjoyed every single minute there.
The humidity was really really high in the appartment, A/C has a function for humidity but it really didn’t work at all. I believe in the summer season it wouldn’t be a problem.

excellent apartment. It is all very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped- including dish soap, salt, etc.
it has an amazing garden with an awesome view on the pico vulcano. it is perfectly located, because you can reach the main part of Horta in a few minutes walking.
Paul is acreage host, he send us some very nice recommendations of restaurants and thing to do upon arrival.

Good and central localisation in Horta with a very nice view.
Serious issue with humidity: it smells bad in the entire flat, towels and clothes can't dry so it's not very convenient.
