Cette grande townhome de trois étages, quatre chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain est situé dans la communauté privée haut de gamme de Canal Corkran, à 10 minutes à pied de l'avenue Rehoboth et de tous les magasins, restaurants et divertissements de la ville. La plage et Boardwalk sont à une courte distance en vélo. Notez que nous sommes situés à l'est de la route 1, donc pas de trafic à s'inquiéter.
Canal Corkran est une communauté calme et bien entretenue. Nous sommes situés près de nombreux sentiers de vélo et de quartier, parfaits pour une promenade. La piscine communautaire est juste au coin de la rue. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du plein air tout en ayant les commodités du centre-ville de Rehoboth.

Enjoyed our second stay here. Such a spacious, comfortable place with easy access to community pool and super convenient to beach. Appreciated the few little upgrades from our last stay a couple of years ago (e.g., second queen bed, huge new couch), definitely a great place all around.

Property was neat, well-stocked with beach gear. Very close to Rehobeth beach boardwalk (1 mile walk). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Brough a new gas tank for the grill over and answered all our questions. Gray family time!

This property was better than we expected! We were extremely happy as soon as we walked in. We are a family of seven and we had plenty of room. The first floor is very spacious with a kitchen that is fully equipped with anything that you could ever need. The outside patio was great for morning coffee or evening dinner. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable!! Condo is in a great location, close to the beach and shops and a brewery around the corner. My family gives this rental five stars!!

The home is in a lovely neighborhood/development. There was plenty of space, the bedrooms were spacious and clean. There are 2 parking spots right in front, and the rest of our group had no trouble finding additional guest spots nearby. All 7 of us really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spaces!
Our family of 8 adults, 1 toddler and 1 small dog enjoyed the large and comfortable open living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked (A+!). Bedrooms were quiet and large. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was very quiet but close to all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer. We hope to return in warmer weather! Thank you!

Everything included
It was a fantastic rental. Large, spacious and clean, it offered everything you would need for a quick weekend, which is what we had. There wasn't one thing that we said, "oh, I wish I had that." Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. The one thing that would make it slightly easier/better is if the rental had it's own linens agreement included in the rental so you didn't have to arrange your own with an outside company. The location and surroundings were great, you could get back on the main state route in seconds and down by the beach and the main strip within a couple minutes.

Roomy place in a great community
We had a great week here! So much room in the house for our family with more TVs and bathrooms than we even needed. Loved the kitchen/family great room and the back porch looking right onto a pond. Super short drive to the beach and loved coming back to spend the afternoon in the pool just steps away from the house. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect vacation
We loved this property. It was spacious, clean, well-kept and well supplied with amenities. Michael with the management company was welcoming and helpful. The pool was very clean and a great spot to spend your day. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience and would love to return.

The property is located in a great area. Close enough to walk downtown or to the beach, yet tucked away in a nice community.
The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance we needed. There was not a shortage of pans, plates, cups or silverware.
There was even a closet of beach items and we were grateful for the extra umbrella.

This property has some unique plusses for those of us who are Rehoboth regulars-- it is quiet, it has a first floor patio good for animals, and there is privacy and quiet built into the design-- rooms are spread out and there are many baths. It is super well stocked and had everything someone would need for cooking or entertaining. Beds are comfortable and baths are new and large. Just a great place for a family or couples to enjoy the lifestyle in Rehoboth!

Well stocked kitchen and TOYS!
We loved our stay at this property. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, including plastic kid dishes. There were TOYS, which thrilled my 3 and 4 year old grand children, and the adults enjoyed the games and novels. The pool was beautiful. We rode our bikes to the beach and the fabulous restaurants. Of course we went to the Farmer's Market for fresh produce. We also enjoyed walking the lovely, quiet neighborhood with mature trees and beautiful landscaping.

Need to update Description
I just stayed here with 10 people. There was plenty of room and the condo was decorated gorgeously. My only complaint was that in the master bedroom on the 3rd floor, it does not have a bath tub like described. And with a couple of kids and older adults one bathtub wasn’t enough for us. Also would recommend having a pull out couch, I had to bring an air mattress for my daughter to sleep on in living room. Other than that the stay was perfect! The condo was fully stacked with items that I didn’t need to worry about bringing. Also, Michael was easy to get a hold of with all my questions while there. Would love to stay again!!

An alright place to stay
The home was alright. When we checked in, despite it being during a pandemic and having been told there would be extra cleaning between guests, when we wiped down surfaces to be sure of cleanliness, we discovered dust and grime which indicated the home was not thoroughly cleaned after the last set of guests. The grill was dirty despite there being a hidden charge if it is not cleaned upon check out. When we tried to communicate with the property manager about a parking pass that was mentioned in the check in email, despite calling twice and leaving a voice mail, we never heard back (the property owner did finally write an email response 48 hours later once I wrote him on Vrbo indicating the parking pass was not available this year due to the pandemic). There were no recycling facilities available at the property so we had to cart away our recycling back to our homes (perhaps this is a community wide issue but certainly ridiculous in the year 2020). The beds were not all that comfortable and the house overall was fine but nothing to write home about. Overall it was a disappointing experience especially given the price paid for the property (notably during a pandemic).

We had a wonderful time at this property. The beaches were a short drive away. The pics do not do justice to this place. Everything was clean and they had supplies like soap and toilet paper which some places don't have. We enjoyed ourselves in the pool. We will definitely come back.

Great location, great facilities
We had a wonderful stay. The house was super clean and super comfortable and worked really well for us - 4 adults and 3 kids. The property is located in a great community with a nice pool and only a few minutes drive to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked which was comfortable for eating all meals at home as we wanted to avoid restaurants. Will definitely rent again.

We like the location and especially the pool. Everything was great with one caveat - the top level bedroom is very hot and the AC just doesn't seem to get up there. I know this is characteristic of 3 level townhouses, but our guests who slept up there suffered.

A thoroughly enjoyable vacation place.
The townhouse is situated in a nice neighborhood, convenient to attractions. The layout of the bedrooms, baths, and lower level worked well for us. The large pool was a pleasant surprise. The upper room tended to be a little hot, so we moved the portable fan up there and had to set the thermostat to 73 to make it more pleasant up there. There was some confusion on my part from not reading the emails carefully about the lock-box and the additional pet deposit, but it was not a significant issue. We would definitely recommend the place and rent it again if we return to Rehoboth.

Lovely house with great management
My family stayed here for a week in July and we had a wonderful time! We had three generations (grandparents, parents, children) and everyone enjoyed it. The house is bright and airy with high ceilings, there's a nice patio to sit out back and look at the lake and fountain and all the bedrooms were great. All the essentials we needed for the kitchen were there (salt/pepper, trash bags, paper towels, seasonings, etc) and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and anything else you might need. The community pool was surprisingly large with lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs with umbrellas for shade and it was just a 2 minute walk down the street. We come to Rehoboth every summer and always rent a different house, but we may actually return here! The location is great and allows you to avoid a lot of traffic going to the beach or going out to Route 1. Michael, the property manager, was very kind and a pleasure to work with.
