Very nice host, tasty breakfast, modern bathroom, clean room

Room was very warm with no AC or fan and unfortunately situated against very rush and noisy street. So we had to chose from either no fresh air and quietness or vice versa, ending up with sleepless nights. The room could be little larger as well.

We loved every bit of our stay here! Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, clean and spacious bathroom, balcony with mountain view, we are so pleased with our room. The host was very welcoming & accommodating, breakfast was excellent 👌 Location is pretty close to supermarket & bus stop, and near Brixen Bressanone station. Rates were very affordable and we hope we will be able to go back here in the future. Thank you Helga, we appreciate you 😊

The owner is really friendly and sincere as well as reasonable to a fold. You can definitely see that the people are very generous there. The hotel itself is very tidy and feels like home. The rooms are very clean and the rental apartments are quite modern and very comfortable. I have definitely enjoyed my stay for many reasons and will definitely come back to this place. I loved the host, the conformity. The Apartment was wonderful, it has everything you'll ever need. From the kitchen to the bathroom, I really couldn't find anything missing. The breakfast was always great and like I said, the host is extremely friendly and kind.

Best accomodation along my trip with excellent facilities. Lady of the house was very attentive to all my requests and went beyond her duty. Very lovely memories of stay at that place. Good location with bus stop across the road. Good WiFi too. Hope to return one day. Thank you for everything.

Nice and attentive personnel, everything was perfectly clean, the whole building looks fresh, good breakfast, free car parking. Room equipped in a nice but also practical manner. We also had a nice walk by the river to Brixen. It was ideal for what we needed as a place to spend a night on our car trip.

It was a bit confusing upon arrival about how to enter the building, or if I was even at the right building. If there was an explanation on the booking.com site about finding the door and the intercom system, I missed it. I wandered around for about 5 minutes before finding it. Perhaps make this a little more obvious to guests before they arrive.
