The views are amazing, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed

Apartment 305 is right next to a great sea view and the pool. Great location to get to the harbour and the town as well. Host responded to questions in a timely way.

Fabulous views of cliffs, marina, and beach from the lovely balcony. The block is definitely one of the best places to stay in Los Gigantes due to its locality and views.

The host swapped the apartment at the last minute, apparently due to problems with the apartment and noise from building work at the neighbours' apartment. Going by photos of the apartment we should have stayed in, ours looked smaller and not quite as good. There is also quite a steep walk to the apartment block.

Host was very informative so it was easy to find apartment.

The stunning view and sound of the waves crashing onto the cliffs. Location.

The terrace was spectacular and the apartment was very well equipped. it was a real gem of an apartment just like home from home.

Everything was perfect

Sea/cliff view from the balcony was fantastic, the apartment was very good equipped with everything needed for our stay and the owner was very kind.

First off – the view is amazing, it's even better than on the photos. And this alone is a good enough reason to choose this place. But not the only one: - The terrace is spacious, you can sunbathe or have dinner there. - The pool is clean and we never saw a lot of people there, very convenient. - A great black sand beach with magnificent views is 15 mins walking down the road. - The WiFi quality was great, and there are two tables where you can set up remote workplaces for two people. - The host, Jesús, was friendly and always accessible via WhatsApp. - Parking – there's plenty of parking spots on the street, and more often than not we were able to park right in front of the entrance.

There were a few minor issues, really not important: - The place was initially not very clean, but the host resolved it quickly. - The dishwasher and the oven were broken (the oven did turn on, but there was no heat). Luckily, there was also a microwave. I hope these have been fixed since our stay :)
