Détendez-vous dans cette communauté fermée de style resort et profiter des deux piscines extérieures paysagers et les spas. Nous avons aussi une piscine intérieure chauffée, bain à remous et sauna sec qui fait de cet endroit un hiver parfait sortir aussi. Il ya une salle de sport et de tennis bien équipées tribunaux sur la propriété pour les clients à utiliser. Nous sommes également situés à proximité du restaurant et du spa sur place. Le restaurant est ouvert aux heures limitées le week-end. Nous avons aussi laveuse et sécheuse pour les clients à utiliser. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des pots en acier inoxydable et des casseroles, cafetière, micro-ondes, mixeur, et grille-pain. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit qui ouvre être un lit queen size. Chambre avait un lit queen size et des vues magnifiques sur le lac et montagne. Profitez du coucher de soleil le soir de l'extérieur balcon tout en regardant les bateaux de croisière autour, son magique! La limite pour le nombre de clients est de 4. Si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace s'il vous plaît voir notre propriété voisine, Villa 2, qui est juste à côté et peut dormir un supplément de 4 personnes pour un total de 8 personnes. Nous considérons 1 nuit les locations de plus en semaine. Si vous souhaitez réserver pour une nuit en semaine, s'il vous plaît demander.

We needed to get away for a few days and relax. That is exactly what we did. Place was quiet and relaxing. Spectacular views also helped with our mini vacation. We will definitely stay at the same unit again!

We enjoyed our stay, and the view of the lake from our balcony. Jaya, our host was very responsive to our needs. It s so sad that the smell from the river is so strong but it didn’t stop the boaters, paddle boarders, kayakers. We ate at the The Grill one night, food was pretty good, and I would recommend not sitting in front of the entertainers speakers if you want to visit with your table mates, but the guitarist was amazing. If we have a chance, we will definitely go back again.

If you are looking for a quiet location this is the place to be. I was glad to know that the place was not overly busy especially on the 4th of July weekend. Check in was very easy however as I was by myself it would have been convenient if there had been a cart to help with belongings. My daughter has stayed at the island properties before and there were carts to make the transition from the parking lot to the room easier. The garage parking was nice especially in the Texas heat.
Bed was comfortable and the room was nice however I was a bit disappointed to find that there were dirty towels in the washing machine and the internet wifi was extremely slow for the tv.
I am glad the facility has three pools and a couple of hot tubs. It does spread out the amount of people in the pool and Makes the hot tubs more available. I will say that I would have appreciated a heads up before renting that the indoor pool was going to be resurfaced and therefore closed during my stay. Accessing the indoor facility would have been nice during the heat of the day.
Overall I had a pleasant time and would stay at the property again.

This place is amazing. This is our second time staying in this same Condo. As always the hosts is amazing. The Condo was clean and always enjoy the balcony. Great relaxing stay me and my wife really never left the condo. Great experience and the lake is peaceful. Staying away from the city life is very relaxing. Definitely going to come back next year.

This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.

We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations. Everything was hassle free making for a special time to enjoy our birthdays together. We will return to this location.

The property as a whole is a little outdated and run down but overalĺ it had all the things we were looking in our quick trip to Texas. Our specific unit was clean and comfortable and our host Jaya was great with local recommendations!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing peaceful weekend get away for our anniversary. The property was quiet w plenty of deer running around. We enjoyed the sauna and gym and hot tub immensely.

This was a great getaway from our busy lifes in the city. The nature and country style surroundings was amazing. Feeding the deer was peaceful. I recommend anyone to stay in this room close to the elevators and alot of space. Very clean and any questions the host was quick to respond. Me and my wife will be coming back to this spot.

Our host was amazing, providing us with a ton of great information. The property itself was gorgeous and very clean. The villa was perfect for our needs. We were disappointed by the lake level (not their fault) and how most things are closed at the start of the week (restaurants and wineries). This forced us to relax so not a bad thing.

Unit was great, very clean. Bed was very comfortable ,. Owner very helpful & check-in was easy. What would make this 5 star place was if it had more kitchen items. Lack of ice made things a little tricky when venturing out in heat. More than 1 ice cube tray is needed. Simple things like a measuring cup & pizza cutter should be added. But other than that it was a great condo overall.

My husband booked a solo trip for me to get away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Beautiful property, excellent view of the lake. Loved being among nature with the friendly deer and the sound of birds chirping. I sat on the balcony and watched the boats pass, people skiing. Nice location to both pools. The host was responsive and went out of her way to be helpful. She provided a list of recommended restaurants nearby within a few minutes drive. She also provided a list of things to do along with contact information. My husband and I are already planning to return.

This property was very beautiful. I give this property 5 stars however the grounds were not very well maintained. There were lights and switches in the villa that didn’t work which seems to be typical of most places. I definitely would recommend this property

Booked during none peak season and it was great. Very little traffic and noise. Overall very relaxing stay and great property.

Overall experience was good. Small things should be handled better.
1) Surround sound for living room TV did not work.
2) Bought batteries to replace the corroded ones in the kitchen clock so it would work.
3) Dryer was not working properly. Was not expecting to empty the lint filter for the dryer. The filter had literally 2 inches worth.
4) Additional racks were needed. There was no place to hang towels that needed to dry.
5) The information in the binder was outdated. The check out times were different from what we were told.

We were a little surprised to realize how far outside of Austin this was. Everything around Lago Vista is privately owned so if The Island's amenities are not open (they were not on our trip) then you have nothing to do.... it took us a day and half to figure out how to get down to the water. So location was not our favorite but it ended up working out with Viking Ship Kayak delivering some paddle boards! Also, it was not the cleanest. There was a huge roach in the bedroom when we arrived. Overall, it worked out, but we'll stay in Austin next time. Lots of snags, but overall we had a good trip.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and had everything needed. Nice patio and comfy seats to sit out and enjoy the view. Pools are nice! Lots of things to do during summer on the lake. Location is a place you want to go to just relax. Property manager was excellent! Will go back sometime soon. Great getaway.

This was a beautiful resort. Quiet and clean. There are deer everywhere. The views from the balcony are beautiful. We did not get to tour the property like we wanted to, we were just too busy. My only criticism is the smell on the balcony, makes it almost impossible to sit out there. The smell permeated the bedroom too. I saw this in other reviews as well. There was only 1 light bulb in the bedroom working so it was a little dim. Outside of that, we would definitely stay again.
