We enjoyed the location close to town and the quiet neighborhood. The house was big and roomy. The lockbox was a bit tough to get to due to overgrowth n a bee-loving bush, but it worked! It's always helpful to have a sheet or binder with TV/Wifi info and other basics. Thanks!

Property had everything we needed for a busy time at the NZ Open. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy & close proximity to the 4 Square & to Arrowtown. Very enjoyable stay 😊

A beautiful bach in Arrowtown. Very clean and well-kept property. The kitchen and living area are spacious. The house is centrally located and within easy walking distance of a nearby Four Square shop that sells most of what you will need. A few minute's walk to the town centre and the Arrow River. There is lots to do and see and the area. About 15 minutes drive from Queenstown. I can highly recommend this bach. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

We had 5 adults staying , great little nooks for everyone to sit and relax. Amazingly well stocked in regards for trays and equipment for cooking on Christmas Day . Easy location to last minute supplies ! Loved it ! Nice big table to sit at for board games.

We stayed here for the Queenstown marathon, 4 adults and 2 children - the property was perfect. Grandma and Grandad got their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the rest of us were in the upstairs 2 bedrooms. So lovely and warm and clean, everything we needed was there. 4 square supermarket just around the corner and just a few minutes to the playground/sports field and the river. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this place- we stayed 5 nights and had 4 days snowboarding at Coronet Peak. 20 min drive to top of the mountain was relaxing and the quiet of Arrowtown was great to come home to. Nicola’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 9 and 3)- warm, cosy and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

We were a group of 8 women visiting for the Autumn Festival and I do not think we could have booked a better house. The view of the autumn trees from the backyard and the rooms, the amount of space, and the warmth and cosiness of the house all contributed to one of the best girl's weekend away.

Centrally located. We were able to do lots of day trips to different locations. Arrowtown was a really pretty place.

The house is great for our needs: several bedrooms upstairs for the children, spacious lounge dining and kitchen a large bedroom and separate lounge downstairs for us; and very nice sunny terrace garden. It enable us to have a grate base for skiing and hiking and short walk to restaurants in Arrowtown, and a grocery near by.

This property is well situated in Arrowtown, close enough to the township but also right near the supermarket and across the way from a motel

Waking up and seeing the mountains was amazing! Close to all the great spots and ski fields.

This property was perfectly placed for a short week in Arrowtown. The outside facilities were great in the sunshine and even had stunning views. Supermarket round the corner and lots of great walking locally.

Great size house for a group. Location is good. Little supermarket across the road which is helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily return. House is very cozy, warm and comfortable. Has a great garden/barbeque area too.

The house is excellent for a family (we were 2 parents and 3 adult age kids) with two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, and a large bedroom/lounge/ensuite downstairs; kitchen and lounge is great and the place has (unusually for Arrowtown) a lot of sunshine and great views both back to Remarks as well as the hills North nearby. The garden and lawn area is great to sit and enjoy the sun. Location is excellent too also: a couple of minutes walk to the local FourSquare and less than 10 mins into Arrowtown central and its nice restaurants - and a quiet street. Its very close to the local GoBus stop to get into Qtown. The local hikes and walks and bike rides are also close by: a short stroll to start of Tobins, not far to the Arrow river walks and we rented bikes to do the trails to the Shotover. All facilities in the house are great, kitchen is great, laundry and drier very good, and it's very warm with heat pumps upstairs and down. Main issue we had was where to put skis and dirty boots apart from the entry area, and could do with more curtains downstairs, but this was minor. Also the towels coudl be fresher. Owners were easily contactable and very nice (and helpful when id lost the door key inadvertently). Overall very happy with the stay and we'll be back next year - hopefully we didn't leave too much mess.

Nice and spacious and clean house, and in a handy location to walking anywhere in Arrowtown. Enjoyed sitting outside in the sun and the covered area with the BBQ qas great at night. Heatpumps kept us nice and warm.

Our adult family of 5 enjoyed staying at this lovely place with plenty of room for us all. Room for one couple downstairs with own bathroom, and the rest of us upstairs. Beautiful and warm with heaters on and plenty of hot water. Easy walk into Arrowtown, and about 25 mins drive to slopes at Coronet Peak. Surrounded by beauty! Will visit again!
