There was no working elevator during the time of our stay. ☹️ Hotel is on second floor but at least four flights of stairs.

Property was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We loved the breakfast and enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings.

Perfect in the middle of town.very Nice hotel and lovely staff. Little tricky with parking; but there are some parking garages nearby.

Location is excellent., breakfast was not as expected, need to work to improve breakfast, staff were excellent, always ready to help, and polite.

The location in Manresa was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Elisa. The rooms was lovely and the bed extremely large and comfortable.

great beds, super clean and very central location

Super nice people, good location, nice starting in the morning. If you arrive, you will be asked for all your demands/needs and you feel absolutely welcomed. The hotel is directly in the town and if you need something, it will be just a little walk around. Roof top terrace is very nice and has a nice view.

Personal was very kind and service very good. They help Ed me to find some good restaurants, events in the city and with renting a good bikez

The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and accomodating. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I would like them in my home. The TV remote the button to remove dubbing and play the V.O.

People were partying till 2 am at the roof top bar outside the room.

staff went beyond any expectations. we had more than what we needed upon our arrival and breakfast was classy and gourmet the presentation was above average

Loved the service. Came after a four day bike trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful..had to keep the bikes in the room which wasn't ideal but really grateful they let us do it. Room was super comfy. For the price...some bathrobes would have been nice

The breakfast wasn't amazing. We were vegan and did forget to say until the night before so maybe this was the issue..but just fruit and bread whereas the non vegan breakfast was hot
