Good spacious rooms and a comfortable bed

It’s just to big - The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing The carpets dated and badly marked there’s no character in the place . The breakfast restaurant was an over sized characterless room with 8 people watching you eat with nothing better to do . The breakfast food choices ok. At night we ate at the Grand hotel - only wished we had stayed here

The location was in the heart of city and the rooms were big and spacious. We stayed in suite which was great.

Very nice and friendly staff. The location is superb. You have a food court next to the hotel which makes life very easy if you are in a hurry or want a small snack in between.

Room was ok but not as clean as you would expect.

Break fast , Continuous power cuts through out the day & in the night as well.

The view from our rooms were nothing magical.

Excellent welcoming with hot tea and wet towel to wipe our face and hands.

Passages were smelling. Plus staff were using the room next to us as a service room. We could hear loud voices and dishes being washed…

The location of the property is nice. The staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel is outdated and needs remodeling. The carpet in the corridors are outdated and the furniture in the room is old. The room has a lot of flies which questions hygiene.
