Cette maison de 3 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain récemment rénovée est parfaite pour les petits et les grands groupes et peut accueillir confortablement 14 personnes. À seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage, vous pouvez entendre l'océan tout en vous relaxant sur la grande terrasse.
Le niveau principal comprend un plan d'étage ouvert parfait pour se divertir. A l'étage, trois chambres, dont une chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bain privée. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont toutes deux des lits queen size. De plus, il y a une grande salle bonus avec quatre lits jumeaux (parfaite pour une salle de jeux pour enfants aussi).
La maison a été récemment rénovée avec tous les nouveaux meubles, matelas, draps et ustensiles de cuisine. Le garage pour trois voitures comprend un ping-pong et une table de baby-foot. Grande terrasse avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue.
Cette maison est située dans la communauté fermée de Kiwanda Shores à Pacific City. Il a un excellent accès à une longue plage de sable fin qui se termine au célèbre pub Pelican de Cape Kiwanda à distance de marche! Pacific City est une magnifique ville balnéaire qui est un endroit parfait pour le surf, la pêche, le crabe, la randonnée et le paradis des amoureux de la plage.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness and checkin process was that we had a hiccup checking in and the property not being ready for us. However, the owner has quick to make it right with us and get the house turned over swiftly, which we really appreciated and only caused a minor hiccup.

Great location. Good size for family gathering. Only problems were really dirty floors. Full garbage cans on arrival, clothing items left by previous renters.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group's beach retreat. Lots of games to keep people entertained and just a quick walk to the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Communication with the owner was super easy and she was quick to respond and accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

The property worked out very well for our family Christmas - 12 of us, ranging from 4 years to grandma! The weather was ugly so outdoor play was not an option, but the house has enough space so the littles could spread out and run around a bit. Kimberly & Nic were super to work with, very responsive.

We had a large group rent several houses at Pacific City for a family wedding at the beach. All the houses were within blocks of each other, close to the beach. Nic was great with his communication. No issues!

Great, spacious house. This house was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The ping pong table was a huge hit. We would definitely stay here again.

We had to make several changes to our initial reservation...due to covid and canceled flights and the owners were gracious and accommodating. Appreciated their prompt replies. Location was great for beach access.

Perfect family getaway!
We were so blessed to be able to stay in such a lovely home! The pictures do it no justice. Home was bigger then we expected & was perfect for the grandbabies!! Not only did they have an abundance of toys & games but the back of the house was all sand filled with toys!!! House was perfectly stocked as well! Would stay there again and would highly recommend this home for a vacation stay!

Great location and easy check in/out
This is a great location with just a short walk to the beach and businesses. The check in/out process was easy and we had a wonderful time. The house has plenty of amenities and options for entertainment. This is a good option for a family or two with multiple kids.

Perfect!
This house is perfect for kids! Lots of toys provided, even kid cups, plates, and bowls! The bunk room was perfect for the kids in the party to all have a sleepover in. The access to the beach was close enough - a very short easy walk. It was a wonderful house for the price!

Wonderful family home!
We absolutely loved this place- it accommodated a handful of parents and a bunch of young children so well. It was clean, super well-located (1 block to a wonderful beach), well-built/insulated, spacious, and loaded with toys and baby gear for the kiddos. Kimberly was also a great communicator. We were thrilled with this fantastic getaway!

A great house.
We really enjoyed this house. It felt more like a home then a vacation rental. And it was clean! I have a hard time with a lot of rentals because their cleaning standards are pretty low. This one was fantastic!

Felt like home!
Within a short time everyone in our party commented to my husband and I "this feels like we should be living here".
The house was the perfect size - several different areas for people to gather and we all fit at the large dining table. We played a lot of ping pong and the game room is situated where people can get loud and it won't bother any neighbors.

Lots of room and comfy couches!
This was a fantastically cozy, yet spacious home. Plenty of beds, well stocked kitchen, games, movies....the best part? THE COUCHES! We could barely tear ourselves off them to visit the beach (only about a 3 minute walk to access). Perfect home for large group.

Great house for a large group
Everything in this house is clean, updated, well stocked and in working order. There are a number of different areas for people to hang out, great for large groups with kids especially. The back deck and pingpong table in the garage were also big hits. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Great family getaway
Loved the space for a larger group. Wonderful space for kids (loved the bunk room), the kitchen/dining/back patio all flow really well. The garage full of toys was a real bonus on a rainy day. Easy walk to the beach. Great neighborhood for biking.

Awesome place!
My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house is roomy enough for a large family to spread out. The walk to beach was short enough that we went multiple times a day. There is a sand dune really close and it is worth the hike. My family enjoyed the evening in the garage playing games. The beds were very comfy. The owner of the property was very quick at responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home, great location!
So close to walk to the ocean, brewery or town. Nice and quiet neighborhood and not too close to the main road so not a lot of traffic noise which is important to me.

Excellent Spot!!!!
This property felt like home away from home! It was so well stocked and had everything that we needed especially traveling with kids. It was about a two minute walk to the beach and had some great walking paths accessible to town. I highly recommend this rental.

Great for large family’s
This house was well stocked with everything you would need. It is clean and well kept. They had Beach chairs, towels, spices, EVERYTHING! It is spacious and has the perfect kids den. A quick walk to the beach and short drive to a ramp for our son who was on crutches. Ping pong table, games and goose ball! We were here during spring and we had a great day at “home” playing games and everyone could enjoy the home. We have kids 20-10 and we all enjoyed our stay! We can’t wait to come back.

Feels like home- well stocked
The home was well stocked in the kitchen and linens for bathrooms making it feel like a home and not purely a sterile rental. Paint colors on walls were nice. Liked bluetooth speaker in living space and smart tvs. Check-in/out was easiest we have encountered (without a ton of paperwork).

We had a great time hanging out in the backyard and took so many strolls down to the beach. We loved being in the quiet gated community.

Amazing house!
I don’t think the ad does this property justice! It is super charming, sleeps a ton of people in really nicely decorated bedrooms, kids’ bunk room is soooooo cute! We didn’t have a big group but there is a TON of board games, the house is really nicely stocked, everything is spacious and the house layout is just lovely!
The home owner is very responsive and very on point with everything, everything is pretty straight forward.
