Loved the breakfast. Loved the grap-and-go options.

I was glad for the indoor pool since I love to swim and it was chilly outside, however, the water was not heated in the slightest. It was too cold to swim.

Not being able to turn the air off & on. It never goes off. Other than that it was good.

Clean and everything worked. Also, breakfast served at 0430, enabling us to get on the road with a full stomach.

This was the WORST HOTEL i’ve ever stayed in!! The Mexican lady at the front desk was very rude!! but when a white guy came up she was smiling from ear to ear!! they have the rudest staff !! also we stayed for 3 nights and they only gave me and my wife 2 towels!! what are we going to do with that?!!! also we had to go to front desk every night to get towels and they barely had some!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! the room is VERY SMALL, and air was barely working!!! very overpriced!!! i will never ever stay at this location again!!! WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED!!!

The location was very convenient for a stopover stay on our way from Texas to Virginia. The area was very safe feeling and the hotel itself was very clean. Everyone was very friendly.

The bed was not very comfortable (for us as side sleepers). I think this comes down to a preference more than an across the board negative. We just prefer more plush mattresses.

Staff at front desk was so nice, property was extremely clean everywhere and the bed was so comfy. Even though it was right next to the airport I never heard a plane from my room.

The air was not too good at all. Maybe it's a Fairfield thing because I had the same issue in VA at Fairfield. The lady on 3rd shift wasn't rude, but she surely wasn't friendly. Bathroom sink and toilet roll casing was broke n kinda botched together.

The bed was decently comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The showers were amazing with good water pressure. It was really clean. The TV was really big too.

It was hot in the room even with the ac full blast. It took several hours for it to cool off. The fridge didn't work that was in the room, but since we were only staying the night, we didn't bother to say anything. The pictures of the pool on the website were huge, but in real life it was tiny. Super small pool for a 4 story hotel. They told us the pool would be open at 4, then 5, then later, after waiting an hour and a half, we decided to go do something else in town. They're not very accommodating. The location takes a bit to get to. It's close to the airport and that is about it.

Breakfast was great. It provided plenty of options. The food was good and we were happy that there was a small restaurant in the lobby of the hotel.

The chef at the little restaurant at the reception, the receptionist were really nice. stayed only for a night.
